Description
The family-friendly accommodation is located in the beautiful Els Pins holiday complex. The holiday village is located on the northern Costa de Barcelona, between the picturesque fishing town of Malgrat de Mar and the larger coastal town of Blanes with its many shops, sights and restaurants. The holiday village is in a privileged location right by the sea and is therefore ideal for families. There is a wide range of sports activities and an entertainment programme with evening entertainment for young and old (from the beginning of July to the end of August). Children can let off steam to their heart's content in the mini club and two playgrounds. The resort has two pool complexes (the Mediterránea pool complex is only open in high season), each with an adult pool and a children's pool. The Oasis pool complex also has large water slides. The supermarket and the restaurant with terrace right by the pool complex as well as a bar for small snacks cater for your physical well-being. There is also a bike hire service, lockers at reception and coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers.
The bright and spacious Mobilehome Plus 3AC, measuring 39 square metres, has modern furnishings and a welcoming atmosphere. The accommodation offers space for a maximum of 6 people (including babies) and consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and two further bedrooms, each with two single beds. In the living area there is a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a vitro-ceramic cooker with four hobs, a microwave, a coffee machine, a kettle and a large fridge with ice compartment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washbasin and hairdryer, the WC is separate. The seating area with a pergola, table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. SAT-TV, a barbecue, air conditioning and a car park in the immediate vicinity of the accommodation are included in the price. Barbecuing with a barbecue (charcoal) is also permitted. WIFI is optionally available. Bed linen and towels can also be rented (please reserve when booking). If required, a travel cot and high chair can also be hired. On request, breakfast or half board can be booked on site. Journey time from the Spanish border approx. 1 hour. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
Arrivals and departures are possible daily throughout the season. In the period from 25.06.-31.08.2024 the minimum stay is 5 nights. During the rest of the season, the minimum stay is 2 nights. Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before arrival). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
Located directly in front of the holiday complex, the 1.5 km long free sandy beach with its beautiful golden sand and protected dunes offers the ideal backdrop for relaxation, fun and games. Nature lovers will enjoy a walk to the Delta de la Tordera, where you can observe the protected flora and birds. The water sports school located on the beach ensures that guests have many water sports options at their disposal: Kayaking, paddle surfing, snorkelling, windsurfing and kitesurfing. Lifeguards ensure safety every day in July and August.
POOL
The holiday village has two pool complexes for hours of fun in the cool water. In the Oasis pool complex, a large adult pool, a children's pool and large water slides await you. The Mediterránea pool complex, which has an adult pool and a children's pool, is also open in high season. Sun loungers and parasols are available free of charge around the pool complex. In high season, the entertainment team organises water sports activities such as aquagym, inflatable water slides and various pool games. If you're feeling peckish after your sporting activities, you can satisfy your hunger in the restaurant or on the terrace right next to the Mediterránea pool complex.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
In high season (from the beginning of July to the end of August), a multilingual entertainment team offers a varied daily programme for children aged 4 to 12 at the Mini Club. There are games, craft workshops, face painting, water games, sports competitions and much more. The children can also let off steam on two playgrounds. Evening entertainment is also provided in high season: the entertainment team organises various night shows.
LEISURE AND SPORT
In addition to relaxation, sport is not neglected here either. Multi-sports courts for basketball and football, table tennis tables, a petanque court and paddle tennis courts (for a fee) are available to guests. During the high season, the entertainment team organises various sports activities such as Zumba, Aquagym, Aquazumba and much more. Beach volleyball and water sports are also available on the beach. The water sports school offers a wide range of different sports such as kayaking, windsurfing, kitesurfing, paddle surfing and snorkelling. Bikes can be hired from the bike hire shop to explore the beautiful surroundings.
SHOPPING
There is a small supermarket in the holiday complex with all everyday items and fresh bread every day. You can also buy stamps and national and international newspapers.
CATERING
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a cooker, a microwave, a coffee machine and a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. In the holiday complex you will also find a restaurant with a lovely terrace overlooking the pool area and a bar where you can enjoy a light snack. Of course, you can also make use of the breakfast or half-board options at favourable conditions. You are welcome to book these on site (pre-booking is not necessary).

Pets are not allowed.
SPECIALS
The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided. The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness. In the event of any complaints, part of the deposit will be retained.

LOCATION
The holiday complex is located right next to the beautiful sandy beach and is therefore ideal for families with small children. Thanks to its favourable location, both the idyllic fishing town of Malgrat de Mar and the town of Blanes with its wide range of shops and activities can be reached in just a few minutes by car.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
The beautiful coastal town of Malgrat de Mar is located on the northern Costa de Barcelona. The river Tordera separates it from Blanes, the southernmost town on the Costa Brava. Malgrat de Mar is therefore ideal for discovering both the Costa de Barcelona with its long sandy beaches and the wild Costa Brava with its rugged rocky massifs along the sea. But Malgrat de Mar itself also has a lot to offer for your holiday: take a leisurely stroll through the beautiful old town and discover a variety of shopping opportunities and the wide range of restaurants if you get hungry. You can enjoy the most beautiful view over Malgrat de Mar and the surrounding villages from the Parc del Castell, a park with a medieval watchtower perched on a hill above the town. The park can be easily reached by lift. Nearby, the Francesc Macia Park awaits children. Here they can let off steam to their heart's content in the large playground, between the giant statues and in the fantastic skate park. You can find great souvenirs at the weekly market in Malgrat de Mar, which takes place every Thursday in the centre. The former fishing village is ideally located for excursions to the surrounding area. From the holiday village, you can reach Marineland in just 5 minutes by car. In addition to a variety of slides and water games, you can marvel at dolphins and sea lions in exciting shows. Water rats will get their money's worth in this area: Water World in Lloret de Mar offers the best entertainment. This water park is one of the largest in Europe and has a wide range of water attractions for young and old. There is never a dull moment on the many slides, the soft slides, the fast water courses, the breathtaking kamikaze slide and the wave pool. For the little ones, there is a somewhat quieter area with a paddling pool, water games and a fantastic pirate ship. For nightlife lovers, Lloret de Mar can be wholeheartedly recommended. About 10 km from the holiday village you will find the Activ Natura Park. Here you can put your skills to the test in a beautiful shady forest in the climbing park. For the more adventurous, there are also quad bike, motorbike and mountain bike tours as well as laser combat and archery. The town of Blanes is also well worth a visit. After a short shopping spree, you will find two beautiful botanical gardens with breathtaking views over the sea. The idyllic coastal town of Tossa de Mar with its wonderfully preserved fortress and the old town walls that surround the beautiful old town can be reached by boat from Malgrat de Mar. Thanks to the glass floor in the boat, you can discover the beautiful underwater world. We also recommend Barcelona as a day trip. The vibrant metropolis casts a spell over visitors with its countless sights, wide range of restaurants and numerous shopping opportunities. Stroll along the Rambla, enjoy the marvellous view of the city and the sea from Montjuic (accessible by cable car) or explore Park Güell, designed by Antonio Gaudí. As you stroll through the city, you will discover Gaudí's unique architecture time and again and, of course, a visit to the city's landmark, the Sagrada Familia, is a must. This cathedral, begun by Gaudí, is still under construction and offers the marvelling eye an impressive variety of details and architectural styles. At Barcelona Zoo, it's not just children's eyes that light up when they see the many animal species. Lions, tigers, elephants, gorillas, dolphins and much more can be discovered here.
