The beautiful holiday home is nestled in a family-friendly holiday village that borders directly on the gently sloping sea. The holiday village is located on the exclusive headland that connects the Argentario promontory with the mainland. It faces the islands of Giglio, Giannutri and Montecristo. The holiday village has all the amenities you need for a perfect family holiday. The holiday village has a children's and adults' pool, entertainment/miniclub, large playground, beach service, many sports facilities and two restaurants with regional and international cuisine.
The two-room Giannutri cottages are located next to the pine forest, not far from the beach, pool and playground. The living area is approx. 36m2 and consists of a living room with two full-size single beds (can also be pushed together) which serve as a sofa during the day, a fully equipped kitchenette (with crockery, cutlery, pots), 1 bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. Air conditioning and TV are included. A package with towels and bed linen is included. In the high season, 1 parasol and 2 sun loungers on the beach are included (as of 2024). The covered seating area with table and chairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. Cushion, blanket included, barbecue permitted in the holiday village, journey time from the Italian border approx. Travelling time from the Italian border approx. 4.5 hours, half or full board can be booked on site on request. Note If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
Arrivals and departures are possible daily. In the period from 03.08.-23.08.2024 the minimum stay is 7 nights. In the period from 06.07.-02.08.2024 / 24.08.-06.09.2024 the minimum stay is 4 nights. From 22.06.-05.07.2024 the minimum stay is 3 nights (if the nights Friday and Saturday are affected). In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 2 nights (if the nights Friday and Saturday are affected, otherwise only 1 night is possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The sandy and gently sloping beach is equipped with parasols, beach loungers, deckchairs, pedal boats, water sledges and canoes. The restaurant "Il Pescatore" is located on the beach. The hire price also includes 1 parasol and 2 sun loungers on the beach in high season.
POOL
In addition to a large pool, there is also a children's paddling pool with a small slide.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
The swimming pool and the amphitheatre are the focal point of the village and the place where the entertainers organise games, dances and various forms of entertainment. In addition to a professional entertainment team, there is also a mini club and junior club. The entertainment team organises aerobics classes, gymnastics classes and aqua-gym classes during the day in high season. Miniclub, junior club, canoeing, tournaments and evening games and entertainment, karaoke, dancing, cabaret. For the children there is a playground with slide, etc.
LEISURE AND SPORT
In addition to a wide range of classic sports facilities with a sports field (volleyball, football), there is also a place for archery and ping-pong. During the high season, the entertainment team organises aerobics courses, gymnastics classes and aqua-gym courses during the day. SHOPPING
The holiday village has its own mini-market with fruit and vegetables.
FOOD
The holiday village has 3 restaurants (including a pizzeria). Here you can sample various specialities of Tuscan cuisine and enjoy wines from Tuscany. In the restaurant "Il Pescatore", a terrace by the sea, you can also eat fish specialities. There is the possibility of half or full board in the restaurant of the holiday village.

Pets are NOT allowed in this accommodation.
SPECIAL FEATURES
The holiday village has, among other things: Launderette, small pharmacy and ATM. On request at reception, a free first dive in the resort pool is available in high season.

The holiday village borders directly on the beach, making it ideal for families with small children.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Albinia, with its 2500 inhabitants, is the largest district of the town of Orbetello in Tuscany. It is connected to the northern part of Monte Argento by a strip of dunes, the Tombolo della Giannella. It is home to an incredibly beautiful natural landscape and many different animal species. The village of Albinia is located on a small headland and can be reached via an ancient Roman road. If you are interested in sightseeing, you can visit the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie or the Torre delle Saline, for example. Albinia also offers a wonderful view, which you can enjoy from a restaurant or café. If you are in Albinia on a Friday, you can also visit the weekly market and are sure to find a little something or two! The town of Orbetello rises in the centre of the lagoon of the same name, in a unique location, connected to Monte Argentario by a dam. The Duna Feniglia Nature Park is a strip of dunes connected to the Ansedonia neighbourhood on the coast and to the famous village of Monte Argentario, Porto Ercole. The town of Orbetello houses tools and other artefacts excavated in the surrounding area in the Museo Civico as evidence of its Etruscan origins. The ancient Mura Ciclopiche and the buildings discovered, both dating back to the 6th century BC, bear witness to a flourishing harbour life in Roman times. The Maremma Nature Park can be visited by mountain bike, on horseback, by canoe or simply on foot. The hills of the nature park offer breathtaking panoramic views of the Tyrrhenian coast, the island of Giglio, the island of Elba and Corsica. The hiking trails can be explored on your own, in groups or accompanied by a guide. The water park in Follonica provides fun for the whole family! Here you will find various slides, various water sports courses and even Zumba classes to join in and try out. If you're looking for specialities from Tuscany, you won't have to look far! A variety of restaurants, speciality shops and bars await you in this beautiful area!
