The family-friendly accommodation is located in the holiday village of Orbetello Village in Albinia in beautiful Tuscany, just 70 metres from the gently sloping sandy beach with crystal-clear sea, in the middle of an oasis of tranquillity of over 85,000m2. The holiday village has every comfort to guarantee visitors a relaxing and enjoyable holiday on the golden sandy beach or in the Mediterranean maquis. Guests have free access to a beautiful new pool complex with children's pool, adult pool and whirlpool. There is also a mini club and entertainment programme, many sports activities, a playground, a well-stocked shop and a restaurant serving regional and international dishes. Wifi included (limited 500MB per person aged 16 and over). The well-kept holiday village therefore has all the amenities for a perfect family holiday. The stretch of coast where Orbetello Village is located is one of the most beautiful places in the Mediterranean. A piece of heaven on earth where sun, relaxation, fun and good food guarantee guests an unforgettable holiday. The holiday village is located in the heart of a WWF nature reserve, 10 km from the Maremma Nature Park and just a few minutes' drive from the famous towns of Tarquinia, Pitigliano and Saturnia, famous for their thermal springs. A holiday in Orbetello Village also gives you the opportunity to discover the beauties of Monte Argentario and get to know life in the famous ports of Porto Santo Stefano and Porto Ercole.
The Happy Easy accommodation offers space for 6 people (including one child up to max. 12 years/60kg) and consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and a children's room with two single beds and a bunk bed. There is another bed in the living room. There are mosquito nets on all bedroom windows. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has a 4-burner gas hob, crockery, cutlery and cooking pots as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC. The semi-covered wooden terrace with table, chairs, a small electric barbecue and two loungers/deckchairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. Air conditioning (included), travel cot / high chair (for a fee) are also available (book at least one week before arrival). Half or full board can also be booked on site on request. A car park is included. Note If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 29.06-6.09.24 the arrival and departure day is Saturday and the minimum stay is 7 nights. During the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The stretch of coast where Orbetello Village is located is one of the most beautiful places in the Mediterranean. The holiday village has both a private beach, equipped with everything you need and where you can hire parasols and sun loungers, and a free beach. The fine, light-coloured sandy beach slopes gently into the crystal-clear sea. Behind the beach is the marvellous pine grove of the nature park.
POOL
The holiday village has a new pool complex with children's pool, adult pool and whirlpool. The 1,500m2 wooden SPA area with loungers, 2 round hydromassages, pools with bubble loungers and massage jets ensures a holiday dedicated to rest and relaxation. There is a kiosk by the pool where you can enjoy a refreshing drink or a light snack.
FAMILY FRIENDLY
The holiday village is the perfect choice for those who want to spend their holiday relaxing and having fun with the family. At Orbetello Village every detail is taken care of: not only the accommodation but also the sports facilities, the entertainment with its numerous activities and shows, the baby club, the beach, the safety of guests, the restaurants and the excursions. The entertainment team offers a variety of daily entertainment and sports activities in which everyone is welcome to participate. From the age of 4, children can spend several hours of pure fun with the entertainers, who have devised fun games and shows for them. Theme evenings - Evening events - Tournaments and games on the beach. Entertainment for children - Canoeing courses - Mini Club - Baby Dance - Games room/video games - Playground.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Sporty guests can enjoy a football pitch, a beach volleyball court and a table tennis table. You can also take part in the daily entertainment programme and enjoy many fun moments.
SHOPPING
The holiday complex has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items. In addition to a mini market with fruit and vegetables, the holiday village also has a bazaar, a newsagent with foreign magazines, daily newspapers and information material for excursions.
FOOD
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and pans. Shopping facilities are also close by. You can of course also make use of the half-board or full-board service at favourable conditions. These can be booked on site (no pre-booking necessary). The restaurant/pizzeria has both indoor and outdoor seating. It offers excellent and sumptuous meat and fish menus, typical Maremma cuisine, international dishes, fantastic pizzas and children's menus. All dishes are also available to take away. It also has a bar where delicious cocktails are prepared for you.
PETS
Pets are welcome with notification at the time of booking. Only one pet is allowed and it must weigh a maximum of 35kg. The customer is obliged to pay a deposit of 120 euros when bringing a dog. If everything is in order on departure, the customer will receive 100 euros of the deposit back and 20 euros will go to the holiday park for extra cleaning.
SPECIAL
Driving around with cars or motorbikes is not permitted in this holiday park. The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are available. The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness. Any complaints will be charged at Euro 40. If required, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking (for a fee as stated in the additional costs) or must be booked at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).

LOCATION
The holiday village borders directly on the beach, making it ideal for families with small children and is located on the headland between Albinia and Monte Argentario. Top location!
TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Albinia, with its 2500 inhabitants, is the largest district of the town of Orbetello in Tuscany. It is connected to the northern part of Monte Argento by a strip of dunes, the Tombolo della Giannella. It is home to an incredibly beautiful natural landscape and many different animal species. The village of Albinia is located on a small headland and can be reached via an ancient Roman road. If you are interested in sightseeing, you can visit the church of Santa Maria delle Grazie or the Torre delle Saline, for example. Albinia also offers a wonderful view, which you can enjoy from a restaurant or café. If you are in Albinia on a Friday, you can also visit the weekly market and are sure to find a little something or two! The town of Orbetello rises in the centre of the lagoon of the same name, in a unique location, connected to Monte Argentario by a dam. The Duna Feniglia Nature Park is a strip of dunes connected to the Ansedonia neighbourhood on the coast and to the famous village of Monte Argentario, Porto Ercole. The town of Orbetello houses tools and other artefacts excavated in the surrounding area in the Museo Civico as evidence of its Etruscan origins. The ancient Mura Ciclopiche and the buildings discovered, both dating back to the 6th century BC, bear witness to a flourishing harbour life in Roman times. The Maremma Nature Park can be visited by mountain bike, on horseback, by canoe or simply on foot. The hills of the nature park offer breathtaking panoramic views of the Tyrrhenian coast, the island of Giglio, the island of Elba and Corsica. The hiking trails can be explored on your own, in groups or accompanied by a guide. The water park in Follonica provides fun for the whole family! Here you will find various slides, various water sports courses and even Zumba classes to join in and try out. If you're looking for specialities from Tuscany, you won't have to look far! A variety of restaurants, speciality shops and bars await you in this beautiful area!
