Description
The accommodation is located in the well-kept Residence Tiglio, surrounded by greenery. The complex is located in Lugana di Sirmione, not far from the historic town of Sirmione and borders directly on the beautiful Lake Garda. Guests are offered a beautiful pool area with water slides for children and three pools of different depths, inviting both young and old to splash around together. There is also a restaurant, a pizzeria, a supermarket and a coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer available to guests. WIFI is available for a fee. There is also a playground for younger guests.
The 40 square metre 2-room flat Bilo Classic offers space for a maximum of 4 people (including babies) and is located on the ground floor or first floor, depending on the allocation. The accommodation has one bedroom with a double bed. If required, two separate sofa beds in the combined living and dining area offer additional sleeping options. The functional kitchenette is also located in the living area and is equipped with a cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, an Italian espresso pot, a microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a washbasin, a WC, a bidet and a shower. Depending on the allocation, the flat is equipped with a furnished balcony or a covered terrace. Both invite you to relax and linger together, while the children can let off steam by the pool and make new friends. SAT-TV and a car park are already included in the rental price. If required, bed linen and towels can also be booked on site (please reserve bed linen and towels when booking). Families with small children also have the option of renting a high chair or baby cot on site (please also reserve when booking). Barbecues are permitted in the complex with a gas or charcoal barbecue (please bring your own barbecue). Border is approx. 2 hours. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 17.05.-01.06.2024 and from 05.07.-24.08.2024 the minimum length of stay is 5 nights (daily arrival possible). During the rest of the year, the minimum stay is 4 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive.) The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The complex borders directly on the beautiful Lake Garda. For an unforgettable bathing experience, we recommend you visit one of the free pebble beaches within walking distance of the residence. Enjoy a dip in the cool water with your family or read a book in a shady spot. We are sure that the whole family will enjoy themselves on Lake Garda.
POOL
The resort has a beautiful pool complex, which consists of a large pool for experienced swimmers and two children's pools for younger guests. All three pools have their own slides, which provide fun and games for the children and round off an eventful day by the pool. Free parasols and sunbeds are available to guests around the pool.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
The residence offers the youngest guests two children's pools where they can splash around and make new friends with children from all over the world. Of course, there is also a playground where children can let off steam. Families with small children also have the option of hiring a high chair or travel cot on site.
LEISURE AND SPORT
In addition to the pool in the complex, guests also have the option of hiring bikes on site and exploring the surrounding area on two wheels. If you want, you can also take a trip to one of the nearby tennis courts or golf courses (both for a fee) and challenge your family and friends to an exciting duel.
SHOPPING
There is a small supermarket in the residence where you can stock up on everyday items and groceries. You will find other shopping facilities in the neighbourhood. The old town centre of Sirmione also invites you to take a stroll.
CATERING
The accommodation has a functional kitchenette, which is equipped with a cooker, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, an Italian espresso pot, a microwave and a fridge with freezer compartment. If you prefer to be cooked for on holiday, you can also visit the restaurant or pizzeria in the complex and indulge in delicious Italian cuisine. There are other restaurants within walking distance of the complex.

LOCATION
The residence is located just a few minutes' walk from the lake and is therefore perfect for those who want to spend an unforgettable beach holiday on Lake Garda with their family. There are various shopping facilities in the vicinity of the residence. The picturesque old town centre of Sirmione is also worth a visit and makes for breathtaking moments.
LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Sirmione is located on the southern shore of Lake Garda. The mainland juts out narrowly and for 4 kilometres into Lake Garda, making the much-visited town the icing on the cake of the southern shore of Lake Garda in the truest sense of the word. A beautiful moated castle sits enthroned next to the only bridge and the colourful, romantically twisted old town will make your holiday a dream. To the north of the old town centre, the tip of the island invites you to take an idyllic stroll with an enchanting view of the lake. Visit the "Grottoes of Catullus", the ruins of one of the largest Roman villas at the end of the cypress and olive groves or enjoy a stay in one of the modern thermal baths. Sirmione has been an important spa town since Roman times thanks to the sulphurous Boiola spring, which emerges from the bottom of Lake Garda next to the peninsula. A small, well-organised weekly market with excellent food stalls and outstanding food products from small farms in the region is held every Friday in the Lugana district. In Colombare di Sirmione, you can stroll through the market on Mondays. A city trip to Verona, with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet and of course the world-famous Arena with its open-air performances, is just 45 minutes away by car. You can even get to Verona in just 20 minutes by train. To the west are the cities of Brescia, Bergamo and Milan, which invite you to go on an extensive shopping tour. Even picturesque Venice is within easy reach of Desenzano. A trip around Lake Garda is also always an experience. But holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet will also get their money's worth in the Desenzano area. The beautiful, typically Lombard town of Lonato is located around six kilometres west of Desenzano. It has a magnificent baroque cathedral with a mighty dome and a towering town tower. From the ruined castle "Rocca" on a hill, which towers above the striking historic town centre, you can enjoy a magnificent view over the moraine hills as far as the lake. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks and swimming pools. For example, Castelnuovo del Garda is home to Gardaland, one of the largest amusement parks in Italy. Families get their money's worth here, with over 40 attractions ranging from a white water ride to a fairy-tale themed world, there is something for young and old alike. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium is waiting to introduce visitors to the underwater world. Breathtaking stunt shows await visitors at Movieland in Lazise. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes by car from the south-eastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species and is home to a number of endangered species such as tigers, leopards and the little panda. Visitors can go on safari on a walking trail and get close to animals such as rhinos, hippos and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
