Description
The family-friendly accommodation is located in the beautifully situated Wien holiday complex. The resort is located directly on Lake Garda on the enchanting south coast in Peschiera del Garda and is therefore ideal for families with small children. Not only does the beach directly adjacent to the holiday resort await you, there are also numerous holiday parks in the surrounding area, such as Gardaland, Movieland Park, Parco Natura Viva or Parco Giardino Sigurtà. The resort has two pools, one of which is a children's pool with a small slide, a playground, a restaurant and a bar as well as a mini market. Wifi is available to guests for a fee. There are also coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers.
The bright and cosy mobile home 4F-M3 offers space for a maximum of 4 people (on request it is also possible to add a baby in a travel cot). The accommodation consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds. In the living area there is a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a gas cooker, an Italian espresso pot and a fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower, WC and washbasin. The canopied seating area with table and chairs and the small garden invite you to relax in comfort while the children let off steam in the playground or by the pool. The mobile home is equipped with air conditioning (8 hours of operation per day are included). Bed linen (with weekly change) and a car park are included in the price. If required, a travel cot can be hired (please reserve when booking). The journey time from the ital. Border is approx. 2h. Note: If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
Arrivals and departures are possible daily throughout the season, the minimum length of stay is 3 nights. Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled day of arrival, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The holiday complex borders directly on the beautiful and free pebble beach of Lake Garda. Enjoy a relaxing sunbath or take a refreshing dip in the cool lake. Lake Garda is also wonderful to explore on a walk along the beautiful promenade.
POOL
The pool area offers a wonderful view over Lake Garda and has a pool for adults and a children's pool with a small slide. Sun loungers and parasols are available around the pool for relaxation. If you need a little refreshment after a dip in the cool water, you can find it in the bar right next to the pool area.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
Enjoy wonderful hours with your family on the beach directly adjacent to the holiday complex. A playground awaits the little ones in the resort. Peschiera del Garda offers many shopping opportunities and after a shopping spree you can round off the day with an ice cream and a refreshment in one of the many restaurants, bars and cafés on the beach promenade or in the picturesque old town.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Lake Garda offers a wide range of activities for sports enthusiasts. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy sailing, surfing, kitesurfing or a boat trip. The surrounding area is ideal for hiking and mountain biking tours as well as horse riding excursions. Those who prefer a more leisurely pace can explore the area on the beautiful cycle paths and footpaths.
SHOPPING
The holiday complex has a small minimarket where you can find fresh food and a wide selection of everyday items. You will also find other shopping facilities within walking distance.
CATERING
The accommodation has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, a cooker, an Italian espresso pot and a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. The complex has a restaurant with a terrace from which you have a wonderful view over Lake Garda. The snack bar is ideal for a quick snack.

Pets are not allowed.
SPECIALS
The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided. The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness. In the event of any complaints, 30 euros of the deposit will be retained.

LOCATION
The holiday village not only scores with its direct location on the lake, but also allows guests to visit one of the numerous amusement parks nearby, such as Gardaland, Movieland Park, Parco Natura Viva, Parco Giardino Sigurtà. The centre of the idyllic town of Peschiera del Garda can be reached with a leisurely stroll along the beautiful beach promenade.
TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
Peschiera del Garda is located on the south-eastern shore of Lake Garda. Peschiera's old town centre, which is completely surrounded by canals, lies within a mighty, beautifully overgrown fortress. Strolling through the narrow alleyways, you will find many nice shops and small bars. Peschiera has one of the few railway stations directly on Lake Garda and is therefore easily accessible by public transport. There is also a small marina in Peschiera. Peschiera advertises barrier-free shops and is therefore ideal for wheelchair users and families with pushchairs. Great souvenirs, but also delicious salami, cheese and fresh fruit and vegetables can be bought cheaply at the weekly markets. Every Monday is market day in Peschiera. The town of Castelnuovo del Garda is located next to Peschiera. It boasts a castle built by the Visconti family in the 14th century, which towers over the old town centre of Castelnuovo. A city trip to Verona with its Roman past, the famous balcony of Romeo and Juliet and, of course, the world-famous Arena with its open-air performances is just half an hour away. To the west are the cities of Brescia, Bergamo and Milan, which invite you to go on an extensive shopping tour. Even picturesque Venice is within easy reach of Peschiera. Travelling around Lake Garda is also always an experience. Lake Garda offers an exceptionally wide range of leisure parks, zoos, climbing parks and swimming pools. In Castelnuovo del Garda, for example, you will find Gardaland, which is one of the largest amusement parks in Italy. Families get their money's worth here, with over 40 attractions ranging from a white water ride to a fairy-tale themed world, there is something for young and old alike. Right next door, the Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium is waiting to introduce visitors to the underwater world. Breathtaking stunt shows await visitors at Movieland in Lazise. Special effects provide the necessary action. The Parco Natura Viva in Bussolengo (just a few minutes by car from the south-eastern shore of the lake) is a zoo dedicated to the protection of endangered species and is home to a number of endangered species such as tigers, leopards and the little panda. Visitors can go on safari on a walking trail and get close to animals such as rhinos, hippos and monkeys, separated only by natural barriers.
