Description
The family-friendly accommodation is located in the Lanterna holiday resort in Istria and is a beautiful resort in Croatia. The holiday village borders directly on the sea and is therefore ideal for families. The holiday complex stretches over three kilometres with plenty of green space, pine forests, numerous bays and several beaches. In addition to a large children's pool with lots of great slides, the resort also has a swimming pool, a mini club/entertainment programme and a great playground for children. There is also an entertainment programme for adults, a wide range of sports activities, a restaurant, pizzeria, bar, ice cream parlour and a small marketplace. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are also available to holiday guests.
The Happy Premium B accommodation offers space for 7 people and is very modern and beautifully furnished. The mobile home consists of a master bedroom with a double bed and two children's bedrooms, each with two single beds. A sofa bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. The well-equipped kitchen is located in the living area and has a 4-burner gas hob, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, microwave, filter coffee machine and fridge with freezer compartment. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin and WC (in some accommodation the WC is separate). The semi-covered wooden terrace with table, chairs and two loungers/deckchairs invites you to relax in comfort, while the children can let off steam in the playground or by the pool. Air conditioning (free of charge), travel cot / high chair and bed linen (for a fee) are also available (book at least one week before arrival). An electric barbecue is available. Half or full board can also be booked on site on request. A car park is included. Note If you need more than one accommodation, this is usually possible with us, as we have several properties of the same house type.
DAY OF ARRIVAL + LENGTH OF STAY
In the period from 29.06.-06.09.2024 the arrival and departure day is Saturday or Wednesday (minimum stay is 7 nights). In the period from 18 May to 28 June 2024, the minimum stay is 7 nights (daily arrival possible). In the remaining period, the minimum stay is 3 nights (daily arrival possible). Please note: If for any reason you are unable to arrive on the scheduled arrival day, it is of course also possible to check in on the following day (please let us know before you arrive). The same applies if you wish to depart earlier. Departure the day before is also possible in this case. However, the rental period/rental price specified for booking remains unchanged.
BEACH
The holiday park has several access points to different beaches. It has rocky beaches with pebbles, bathing plateaus, grass or rather steep beaches. There are free and organised sections so you can decide whether you prefer to bring your own sun lounger or hire one. One beach is gently sloping and therefore also suitable for families and children. Guests can also enjoy a wide range of water sports such as diving, canoeing, windsurfing and sailing. There is also a bouncy castle in the water and a beach bar on the beach. This makes the beach the ideal place to relax and sunbathe or enjoy one of the many sports activities. A quick snack can be enjoyed in the shade of the beach bar, which is open from morning to evening and offers an inviting, refreshingly tasty range of dishes.
POOL
Holidaymakers have access to a large seawater pool with large sunbathing areas, loungers and parasols. The massage jets pamper adult guests and younger guests have a large water park, a paddling pool with slides, a waterfall and other play equipment.
FAMILY-FRIENDLY
In the low and high season, a group of experienced entertainers will liven up your stay in a gentle way. Football, table tennis, beach volleyball, water polo, tennis and games tournaments are organised on a daily basis. The team also organises aerobics, water gymnastics and other courses. There is a mini club for children and various entertainment programmes for older children. There is also a great playground for younger guests. Your children will have the opportunity to take part in evening performances as protagonists. Cabaret, games evenings and guest evenings are also organised every evening, followed by disco and/or dance evenings. There is a wide range of sporting activities on offer. Multi-purpose courts (basketball, volleyball, football), table tennis, boccia, volleyball court and tennis courts. The holiday complex has a car wash, lockers, a market place, a games room, a boat ramp and a first aid service.
LEISURE AND SPORT
Those who want to keep fit on holiday are spoilt for choice: tennis courts, basketball court, football pitch, mini football pitch, beach volleyball, cycle paths and jogging routes. In addition, the entertainment team puts together a varied fitness programme for every day with stretching, water gymnastics and much more. Pedal boats, paddle boats, sailing boats, surfing, diving lessons and canoes can be hired/booked on the beach. Bicycle hire is also available. By bike you can follow beautiful cycle paths and enjoy the marvellous view of the crystal blue sea. Or simply enjoy a stroll along the kilometre-long beach in a truly Mediterranean atmosphere.
SHOPPING
The holiday complex has a grocery shop where you will find fresh food and a large selection of everyday items. There is also a bakery, a fish shop, a souvenir shop, a sports equipment shop, a tobacco and newspaper shop and a cash machine.
CATERING
The flat has a well-equipped kitchen with crockery, cutlery and cooking pots as well as a fridge with freezer compartment. Shopping facilities are also close by. The holiday park also has a restaurant, a pizzeria, a grill restaurant, a take-away, a snack bar and an ice cream parlour. If you would prefer to make use of half or full board, you are welcome to book this on site (no pre-booking necessary).

SPECIAL
The final cleaning is to be done by the tenant. Cleaning utensils such as brooms, mops etc. are provided. The accommodation will be inspected to ensure cleanliness. Any complaints will be charged at Euro 40. If required, highchairs and travel cots must be ordered at the time of booking (for a fee as stated in the additional costs) or must be booked at least 1 week before arrival (later orders cannot be guaranteed).

LOCATION
The holiday resort is located in Tar and borders directly on the beach, making it ideal for families with children. A trip to Umag is definitely worthwhile. An exciting town with a charming location and the picturesque, lively old town awaits you there. A cultural highlight is a visit to the Forma Viva sculpture gallery on the Slovenian coast near Portoroz. The Dajla Monastery on the coast is a magical eye-catcher. With its bright yellow façade, wildly romantic gardens and picturesque turrets, it is an impressive excursion destination on the Adriatic coast.
TOWN AND SURROUNDINGS
The beautiful historic town of Poreč is located next to the sea. With its pine forests, promenades along the sea and restaurants on the coast, it is a true place of rest and relaxation. It is full of artistic and historical attractions and is waiting to be discovered by you. The Istralandia water park, which offers fun for the whole family, is just a few minutes' drive away. Between the two harbour towns of Umag and Pula there are several recommendable towns that are certainly worth a visit. Fazana, Rovinj, Vrsar, Porec or even Pula and Umag itself offer numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities and historical buildings that are certainly worth a visit. Various amusement parks such as Istralandia, Aquacolors or the Glavani climbing park offer great opportunities to have fun with the whole family. For nature lovers, we recommend a visit to the Brijuni Islands or the Jama-Grotta Beradine. Fish lovers are in the right place in this region! Here you can find all kinds of fish, which is prepared in many different ways. You will also find good wine in Croatia. So if you want to indulge yourself, this is the place to be. There is also plenty of entertainment in the evening. Croatians love parties, music and socialising, whether in a discotheque, on the beach promenade or in a small alley. So your evening entertainment is guaranteed. The hinterland of the coastal strip offers many forests, cycle paths and hiking trails, so those seeking peace and quiet or sports enthusiasts will also get their money's worth. The famous weekly markets are usually held daily in Porec, Rovinj and Pula.
