The very well-equipped finca with romantic panoramic views as far as Cabrera is located between Es Llombards and Ses Salines near the 'botanicactus' and offers an ideal mix of relaxation and varied activities with its pleasantly quiet location, yet close to the centre of Ses Salines and various beaches. With 250 m² of living space, you can relax in the spacious living room with a novel or a good film (satellite TV/DVD available) or share your experiences with those at home via W-LAN. If you enjoy cooking, you will love the fully equipped kitchen. 4 bedrooms plus 3 bathrooms and a dressing room provide plenty of privacy. On the lower floor there is 1 bedroom plus bathroom. Upstairs 3 bedrooms plus 2 bathrooms (one en suite).

Pool area and garden: The approx. 5 x 10 metre pool with a small cascade, on a salt-cleaning basis, offers plenty of space for swimming and romping around. A jacuzzi/whirlpool is available for the colder months of the year. The property covers approx. 14,000 square metres, a large part of which is lovingly landscaped, simply an idyllic, secluded oasis. There is also a swing for younger guests.

Amenities: The 4 bedrooms are all generously proportioned and have large, spacious wardrobes. There is also an additional dressing room with ironing board and iron.
The house offers oil central heating for your comfort during the cold season. A large flat screen TV with SAT/DVD player and stereo system as well as Wi-Fi access provide the technical amenities. Outside there are various terraces, some of which are covered. A large barbecue area, a small bar, 8 sun loungers, 2 parasols and various seating areas leave nothing to be desired.

Location and surroundings of object

The finca is located pretty much exactly between Es Llombards and Ses salines near the 'botanicatus'. Es Llombards is a small, tranquil village that belongs to Cala Llombards, but is a little more inland. It offers a bakery, which is open every day except Mondays, two bars and 4 nice restaurants. Cala Llombards and Calo des Moro/S'Almonia are only 7 minutes away by car.
In addition, the surrounding area offers many excursion possibilities, e.g. to markets, harbours, monasteries, churches, caves, etc. Santanyi has one of the most beautiful weekly markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays and has a church worth seeing with its restored organ, various restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, doctors, etc. Santanyi can be reached in 7 minutes by car.

Ses Salines can be reached in 2 minutes by car. The tranquil little village offers various good restaurants, bars, boutiques, banks, pharmacy, supermarkets, a church, fish shop, doctors, vet, etc. The beautiful long sandy beach 'es trenc' is approx. 15 minutes' drive away and the lighthouse of Ses Salines with its various wild little bays and impressive wild birds is approx. 8 minutes' drive away.
