This wonderful house is located in a quiet area near Labin, perfect for relaxation. A private sauna and a jacuzzi will make you feel like you're in a welness resort, but with more privacy.
A beautiful private garden with swimming pool and a roofed lounge area with an outdoor fireplace is a pefrect hangout spot for your family and friends any time of the year.
An outdoor dining room with a charcoal barbecue can be used to prepare and enjoy delicious meals.
The interior of the house consists of 3 bedrooms with double beds, 3 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a living/dining room with an indoor fireplace, which ensures a cosy atmosphere even during the winter.
Each of the bedrooms has it's own AC unit. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
The house is suitable for up to 6 people.
Baby cot and a highchair are available upon request.
The house is pet friendly and up to two pets can stay at a time.

There is a mini market, an excellent fish restaurant and an Istrian tavern, as well as the nearest pebble beach.
Approximately 20 minutes' drive takes you to Rabac, a beautiful Istrian town known for its beautiful, clean beaches. Maslinica, Girandella and many others have earned the Blue Flag for their crystal clear sea and clean beaches.

please, take care of the inventory of the house. Every damage caused by negligence will have to be compensated.
We're kindly asking you to leave the house in the same condition as it was upon your arrival.
Damage deposit of 300 EUR is charged in cash upon arrival. You will receive a written confirmation that you have paid the deposit. In maximum 7 days after your departure, the deposit will be returned to your credit card, in case that everything was all right when inspecting the house.
Youth groups pay 600 EUR of damage deposit upon arrival, and the returning procedure is the same.
It is possible to bring maximum of 2 pets with you. Pet fee (per pet) is 60 EUR per stay.
Smoking is allowed outside.
