The heating was broken when we arrived. For a whole day it was very cold. However, the management took care of it promptly and also provided us with heating devices, because the underfloor heating takes some time to reach the right temperatures.

The apartment was simply excellent. There was really nothing missing. We have already booked for 2027 and are looking forward to seeing your team again in 2027 and to a wonderful vacation, where one can leave the window open at night and hears NO CAR NOISES. Thank you for everything! Family Ohlis
