Enjoy your holiday in one of the most beautiful and popular areas on the Costa Blanca. Surrounded by beautiful villas, our house is located in the heart of Benissa Costera on a closed plot. As the house is located in a cul-de-sac, it is very quiet. The house has a south-facing covered terrace overlooking the pool terrace and garden. The pool surrounded by a landscaped Mediterranean garden has a size of 4 x 8 m. An outdoor shower with hot/cold water is at the pool area. Tables with chairs, sunbeds and parasols are available on the pool terrace. Cosy summer kitchen in the separate building with seating area, gas cooker, barbecue, WC and washing machine. Your vehicles are parked in the car park on the property.

The house is located in the urbanisation Fanadix approx. 0.8 km to the sea and supermarket The nearest sandy beach, La Baladrar, Cala Advocat can be reached in a few minutes, at the same distance there are also some restaurants and a small supermarket and ALDI
The beaches of Calpe and the large supermarkets are approx. 10 - 15 minutes away by car.
Benissa, conveniently located on the main road 332 with access to the AP7 motorway, extends to the sea in the coastal area between Calpe and Moraira, one of the most beautiful parts of the Costa Blanca, known for its wonderful weather all year round.
Visitors can enjoy a wide range of water sports and excursions into the nearby mountainous hinterland to romantic mountain villages surrounded by orange groves.
