Cancellation terms:
The tenant must cancel the booking in writing. If you cancel up to 90 days before the rental starts, the deposit will be refunded. If you cancel between 30 and 90 days before the rental starts, the deposit is forfeited, and if you cancel later, we must charge you the default claims made by the landlord, which can amount to the full rent. In the event of cancellation, a one-time processing fee of 100 euros will generally be incurred. We accept a replacement tenant from you and recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
