Modernly furnished holiday home with a fireplace in the northwest of the sunny island of Usedom, in a top location right on the water. The sea and a small harbor are right outside your door. Your holiday home has a partial sea view of the Peene or the marina. Box spring beds and high-quality kitchen equipment as well as a gallery with lounge furniture and a harbor view make your vacation perfect.

We stayed in the accommodation for 10 nights. You definitely have peace, as the marina is located in a remote area. The house and the facility are high quality, clean, and everything is sufficiently available inside. Grill, etc. is in a separate hut. You immediately feel really comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. Insect screens are available. Only downside: the exterior view of the house was not very nice. There were very many cobwebs and also spiders on the upper floor from the outside; despite the grating, they sometimes found their way inside. One might need to adjust this and possibly clean it from the outside more often. This bothered us the most. One must be aware that dogs are allowed in the holiday homes and they can bark. The indicated shuttle service to the beach was not available through the marina. To get to the bathing beach, one definitely has to drive a few kilometers by car/bike. On site, there is only a small beach; no one could say if swimming was allowed (there was no prohibition sign). It was in a fenced-off section that was a nature reserve. Also, the indicated fishing opportunity at 50m does not exist!!! Fishing is not allowed in the harbor!!! I think the description should definitely be revised, as we decided to book based on this information because our son wanted to fish. The facility has changed very positively compared to the pictures, which could be updated. The bistro is highly recommended. Next door, you can relax or, for a change, play billiards. We would come back to rest and unwind. Best regards.

After an 8-day stay, we can only say, top-equipped house, everything very clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Additionally, the location is very quiet. The bread roll service every morning was great, and the bistro is also recommended. Best regards, the Pahl family.

Everything was very, very clean. It actually looks just like the photos found on the internet. The property is fenced, and the dog could and was allowed to move freely there. The marina is an ideal starting point for hikes or bike tours. The surroundings truly offer something for every wish. The beach was 10 minutes away. We can really recommend everything without reservation! ! ! !

A corner sofa to make it cozy during lunch or evening time would be good, because you can only sit on both chairs in the living room, not even put your legs up to take a power nap, which ultimately leads to no relaxation phase. You would then have to lie down in bed for an hour of midday rest. Who wants that? The second point is that when you sit on the terrace to have a cozy evening at the grill, you have to end it as quickly as possible and bring everything inside as soon as it starts to rain, since there is no covered terrace. We had rain on several evenings and it was not possible for us to use this very nice terrace because you kept getting wet without a roof. Otherwise, everything was top-notch and we have already recommended the marina to good friends and would be happy to come back. Maybe there will be a large corner sofa and a covered terrace.
