Spend a great holiday in the wonderful CASAS BELLEVUE holiday homes.
Each semi-detached holiday home for 5 - 6 people with swimming pool, air conditioning and internet.
Each house has its own entrance, driveway, car parking space, sun loungers and barbecue.
The large covered terrace area with tables and chairs can also be separated on request.
The swimming pool is shared by both halves of the house.
In a prime residential area only 650 m to the beach and the centre.
Both halves of the house are the same size and have the same layout.
EACH HOUSE :
On the ground floor there are :
1 bathroom (WC, shower, washbasin)
Spacious and modern furnished living and dining room : air conditioning, sofa (can be used as sofa bed), armchair, SAT-TV, music system etc.) with view and access to the terrace and pool area.
The fully equipped kitchen offers you every comfort (dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee filter machine + Nespresso coffee capsule machine, toaster, kettle etc.)
Upstairs: 2 suites - each with air conditioning, one suite each with SAT-TV.
i.e. 2 bedrooms with directly connected bathroom (with shower, WC) - each with double bed (with 2 single new health mattresses) and from both bedrooms you have access to a furnished balcony.
(the balconies on the upper floor are also structurally separated from each other).
In the outdoor area there are: deckchairs, table, chairs and barbecue facilities.
Each house has a locked car parking space and a washing machine.
All rooms can be heated or cooled.
Ideal for dog owners, as the best "walking" opportunities along the Muga dam are right on the doorstep.
Free parking is available on the street in front of the house, which is a one-way traffic-calmed street.
The swimming pool (with pool service) is open all year round.
Villa Montgri has its own internet connection (W-Lan)
Walking distance to the beach 12 minutes, walking distance to the Alberes Comercial (with supermarket, cafe, restaurant, bakery, newsagent etc.) 7 minutes

Cancellation terms:
Cancellations must be communicated to us in writing, with the date of receipt of your cancellation considered as the cancellation date. 1 - Accommodation A - Stays in our holiday accommodations Generally, any collected deposit will be retained in the event of a cancellation, therefore, we strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. Additionally:
• For cancellations up to and including the 90th day prior to the arrival date, we will charge: 25% of the total rental fee
• For cancellations between the 89th and the 60th day inclusive prior to the arrival date, we will charge: 50% of the total rental fee
• For cancellations between the 59th and the 30th day inclusive prior to the arrival date, we will charge: 75% of the total rental fee
• For cancellations less than 29 days prior to the arrival date, we will charge the full rental amount (the deposit already paid will be deducted from this)
• In case of a no-show at the destination, we will charge the full rental amount (the deposit already paid will be deducted from this) plus any deposit already withheld
2 - Optional Additional Services
If you do not utilize booked and billed optional additional services at the vacation destination, there is no entitlement to a refund of the costs unless you were unable to use these services due to specific reasons such as force majeure, illness, or accident, which must be certified to us in writing.
