The quietly located vacation home right on the Eider estuary offers high-quality vacation comfort and first-class facilities in addition to its cozy ambience.
Location
The vacation home is located directly on the dyke in the Olversum district of Tönning, approx. 8 km from the North Sea. The seawater outdoor pool and the green beach of Tönning are only approx. 400 m away and can be reached on foot. St.-Peter-Ording with its beautiful sandy beaches can be reached in approx. 20 minutes by car (22 km).
Shopping facilities and recommended restaurants can be found in the center of Tönning (1.5 km).
Facilities
The approx. 127 m² vacation home was extensively renovated in 2022 and offers its vacation guests modern and exclusive furnishings.
On the first floor is the cozy living and dining area with an excellently equipped open kitchen. The free-standing fridge-freezer combination from BOSCH offers plenty of storage space as well as an ice/water dispenser for crushed ice and ice cubes. Thanks to the free-standing kitchen counter, there is plenty of space to cook together with the whole family. There is a dishwasher, an oven, a 4-plate induction hob, an induction milk frother, an extractor hood, a kettle and a toaster. The easy-to-use fully automatic coffee machine from JURA enriches your vacation with delicious coffee specialties.
Breakfast or dinner can be enjoyed at the large dining table with a wonderful view of the garden and the adjacent fields.
In the stylishly designed living room, you can end your day relaxing on the comfortable couch or one of the armchairs with an exciting movie on the flatscreen TV or a good book by the crackling open fire. The Sonos smart speaker provides the right background music via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and completes the picture.
The vacation home has a total of four bedrooms: two bedrooms on the first floor, one of which has a double bed (160 × 200) and its own TV. From this room you have direct access to the second bedroom with a single bed (90 × 200) and an additional pull-out bed frame (90 × 200).
There are two more bedrooms on the upper floor, the first with a double bed (180 × 200), also with its own flat-screen TV. The second bedroom on the upper floor also has two single beds (90 × 200). Plenty of space and lovely retreats for friends and family.
The bathroom on the first floor is equipped with a modern shower and WC, while the bathroom on the upper floor has a shower and bathtub for a relaxing soak after an eventful day.
The covered terrace has comfortable garden furniture, a seating area for up to eight people and a barbecue. The large, fenced-in garden offers plenty of space for adults, children and, of course, your four-legged friend to run around and relax.
The special features
Up to two dogs are welcome in our non-smoking vacation home. We are happy to provide our guests with free W-LAN. Bicycles can be stored in a storage room. Parking is available directly at the house.
An initial supply of bed linen and towels is obligatory with this accommodation and is already included in the final price.
Additional linen packages can be booked as optional services.

Actually, it was almost 5 stars. Everything was very tidy and clean. A deduction for the so-called internet. I measured about 10 times. But unfortunately, it didn't go over 5 MBits/sec. Furthermore, we would have wished for a bit more insect protection. Two fly screens are perhaps a bit too few.. Unfortunately, we didn't find a plan for the garbage collection.. We really enjoyed our stay in this holiday home and would overall recommend it. The house is very clean, tastefully furnished, and offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen leaves little to be desired, and with two fully equipped bathrooms, the house is also excellent for two families. A real highlight is the pizza oven, which allows you to prepare excellent pizza. The beautiful garden also invites you to relax and linger. A few minor points could make the stay even more pleasant: - Fly screens on the windows would be desirable, as there were quite a few flies. - The coffee machine was dirty inside. It would be sensible to regularly remove the grounds container after cleaning or to leave the machine open to dry, so that no moisture accumulates inside. - There is no sun protection at the dining table in the indoor area. The low evening sun partially blinded us while eating. - A welcome folder with information about the house as well as tips for restaurants, shopping options, and excursion destinations in the area would be a nice addition. Overall, we had a very nice time and felt completely comfortable in the house.

The house is a real dream. It is very well maintained, lovingly furnished, and the equipment is of high quality. We felt very comfortable right away. The location is also wonderful. The children could play outside on the dike without any worries and run to the nearby soccer field as well as to the playground. The correspondence with the management was quick and uncomplicated. We were completely satisfied. Thank you very much!

We missed the mandatory information folder with tips for restaurants, sights, etc. For example, information on the use of the ice maker, which we unknowingly deactivated. Or information for the sauna and bike shed, for which the keys were missing. According to the info email, we could have used the sauna for a fee? We only found the operating instructions after a long search in a probably private shelf in the cleaning and heating room. These should actually be on the table. In the ground floor bathroom, the sink was loose and could not be repaired by the summoned caretaker. In the smaller bedroom on the 1st floor, both beds squeaked unbearably. The actually very nice outdoor area appeared somewhat unkempt, especially behind the house. Here, the dirty grill should be mentioned. Please do not misunderstand, the house itself and the furnishings are very good, but such little things are simply unpleasant. Overall, however, we felt very comfortable in the beautiful house.

We really liked the holiday home, there was nothing to complain about. One tiny note: there was no ash bucket for the fireplace. The weather improved after 2 days, so nothing stood in the way of long walks. We would love to come back.
