Gladly again

Pleasant holiday apartment, very well suited for relaxing walks and pure relaxation. The small but nice dog beach (leash required) can be reached on foot in about 25 minutes and is highly recommended. Only conditionally recommended for wheelchair users, but no problems with a companion.

North Sea in Autumn

We had a sunny, calm, and relaxing week.
The holiday apartment with its location and facilities was great!
The sauna was pleasantly clean, and the view of nature and the rising moon was very romantic.
The jacuzzi was awesome, just the circulation program started at 6:00, which was definitely too early (audible from bed).

Overall, a great North Sea experience!

Sehr schöne Fewo. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut (viele Küchengeräte die sonst nicht vorkommen) Sauna und Whirlpool waren ein absolute's Highlight. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Wir hatten während unseres herrlichen Urlaubs Erholung pur. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, nur leider ist der Zugang zur Wohnung keinesfalls barrierefrei, weder durch den Haupteingang, noch über die Terrasse. Aber mit kräftiger Begleitperson war dies auch kein Problem für uns. Wenn wir nochmal nach Nessmersiel kommen, dann gerne wieder in diese Ferienwohnung.

Meine Frau und ich haben die Wohnung Anfang Juli 2024 für eine Woche gebucht und was soll ich sagen: wir waren restlos begeistert und sind es immer noch! Das Haus war zu dem Zeitpunkt kein Jahr alt und das hat man auch gemerkt. Alles tipp-topp, überhaupt nicht "verwohnt" und wie neu. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Möblierung und techn. Geräte sehr hochwertig. Am besten war der Whirlpool auf der eigenen Terrasse. Wir haben noch nie in einem Whirlpool gesessen, aber in der Woche dafür bestimmt 4-5x. Die Mitarbeiter von punkt.holiday, die wir getroffen haben (Handwerker/Gärtner, Brötchendienst und Putzfrau) waren sehr freundlich. Zur Verwaltung hatten wir zwar nur per Mail Kontakt, aber auch hier lief alles bestens. Wir konnten sogar noch kurzfristig vor der Anreise den Brötchenservice dazubuchen, obwohl es eigentlich nur bis 7 Tage vorher möglich ist. Alles in allem ist die Wohnung sehr zu empfehlen und das war bestimmt nicht unser letzter Besuch. Nächstes Mal aber mit einem zweiten Pärchen. Unseren Hund hatten wir übrigens auch dabei. Dem hat es auch gefallen ;-)

Best holiday at the North Sea

My wife and I booked the apartment for a week in early July 2024, and what can I say: we were absolutely thrilled and still are! The house was less than a year old at that time, and you could tell. Everything was perfect, not "worn" at all, and like new. The apartment is very tastefully furnished, and the furniture and technical devices are of very high quality. The best part was the hot tub on our own terrace. We have never sat in a hot tub, but certainly 4-5 times that week. The staff from punkt. holiday that we met (handyman/gardener, bread service, and cleaning lady) were very friendly. We only had contact with the administration via email, but everything went well here too. We were even able to add the bread service on short notice before our arrival, even though it is usually only possible to do so up to 7 days prior. All in all, the apartment is highly recommended and it certainly wasn't our last visit. Next time, though, with another couple. By the way, we also had our dog with us. He liked it too ;-)
