Holiday complex with 8 units directly in the North Sea resort of Dornumersiel/Westeraccumersiel only 900 m from the sandy beach. The flat "Norderney" is a 4-person ground floor flat with 2 bedrooms (1x double bed, 1x 2 single beds)
A fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, oven, 4-plate cooker, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and all crockery is available
Furthermore, a cosy living/dining room and a bathroom with shower/WC. Our accommodation is ideal for families with children (see free activities in the coastal resort of Dornumersiel).
Large garden with terrace. A barbecue as well as a table tennis table is also available for our guests.

Our accommodation is located approx. 900 m from the harbour in Westeraccumersiel and the sandy beach in Dornumersiel.
Cafés, restaurants as well as activities for all age groups can be found directly in the village. Dornumersiel is a coastal seaside resort directly on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Cafés and restaurants are available in the immediate vicinity. There is also a supermarket within walking distance. The following activities are available to our guests free of charge: Access to all sandy and green beaches on the Lower Saxony North Sea coast, heated seawater outdoor pool in Dornumersiel, children's play paradise "Bambiniland" directly in Dornumersiel, indoor play park Sturmfrei in Neßmersiel with climbing castle, mini bowling alley, adventure cinema, Wii, climbing wall, trampolines, table tennis, sports arena.

The consumption costs are included. The visitor's tax is additional
Bed linen can be rented for 10,- Euro per person/stay if required. A towel package (1 bath towel and 2 towels) is available for 6,- Euro.
The minimum occupancy is one week in the high season (July/August), otherwise 3 nights
The visitor's tax is from 15.03. - 31.10. for persons from 16 years 2,80 Euro/night, for persons from 3-15 years 1,60 Euro/night. In the rest of the time half of the tax.

Cancellation terms:

In the case of cancellation up to 6 weeks prior to arrival, a one-time fee of €50 is charged, up to 14 days before arrival €100, after which 80% of the holiday home rental is due.

Are you arriving in an electric car? We have a wallbox at the house, which can be used by our guests at a price of 0.45 € per kWh. Here we would ask for 10,- Euro/day in advance, and refund the remaining amount after a precise billing following your stay.
