Description
Our villa offers relaxation and recreation due to its quiet location in the middle of a small, peaceful, and well-kept settlement. In just a few minutes you can reach the beautiful coastal town of Poreč.
The architecturally modern house was built in 2013 and impresses with its unique shape of the building structure, as well as the coordinated combination of modern colors and materials. On the ground floor, the large glass front impresses with a view of the private pool; for the house was designed so that the radiant blue of the water can be seen from every corner of the open dining and living area.
With the functional layout of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, the house offers enough space for a family. On the upper floor there is a dreamlike gallery with large window fronts overlooking the inland of Croatia. The largest of the three bedrooms also has direct access to one of the three bathrooms, to the balcony, as well as to a dressing room.
The other two bedrooms are accessible via the gallery on the upper floor.
Another of the three bedrooms also has access to the balcony facing the pool area with a fantastic view of the Croatian countryside.
Extensive investments were made in 2023-2025 to underline the quality standard of this architect's villa. Among other things, one of the three bathrooms was completely renovated and a modern, floor-level shower with a glass wall was installed. In addition, fly screens were installed in all rooms.
The pool and entrance area were modernized with very beautiful, non-slip tiles. The path around the house was newly paved in typical Croatian style. For shading on the terrace, two large electric awnings from a brand manufacturer were installed. The villa shines, among other things, with its large modern pool area. With a size of 32m² and a depth of 140cm, the pool offers excellent conditions for swimming in your own private pool. On the shaded terrace by the pool, with garden furniture, you can enjoy the morning hours as well as let the evening end comfortably.
A small children's playground has also been installed in the garden of the house to offer enough variety for the youngest family members. The property of the house, with a size of 744 m², is completely fenced and accessible via a garden gate and a large garden door. The courtyard of the house offers space for 2 vehicles. For a Mediterranean flair, the garden was planted with olive trees, oleanders, and palms. In the midst of the beautiful Croatian nature, the villa offers a peaceful and pleasant location – perfect for sporting activities – as the house is also situated directly on the well-known Parenzana cycling path, which leads directly to the city of Poreč or into the dreamlike interior of Istria.

Location and surroundings of object
The romantic town of Višnjan with numerous shops for daily needs is only 3 km away.
The charming coastal town of Poreč with its countless beaches and historical sights is only 8 kilometers away.
If you are enthusiastic cyclists, you can also reach the town via the Parenzana cycle path, which passes by our holiday home just a few hundred meters away. A variety of restaurants with typical Croatian dishes can be found not far from our villa (we are happy to recommend some good restaurants to you). For children, there are further attractions within a radius of approx. 15 kilometers (Dino Park, water park, etc.).

Cancellation before the start of the rental period
• up to 8 weeks before the start of the rental period: free of charge (deposit will be refunded)
• less than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
• less than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price
• less than 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
The cancellation must be made in writing; the decisive factor is the time the notice of termination is received by the landlord.
If the tenant ends the stay early, the full rental price must be paid.

Top family vacation with friends
We were on vacation with 2 families in Villa Don Carlo during the Whitsun break! It is a beautiful house with a huge pool! Perfect for the children! We will definitely come back next year. Thank you very much and greetings to the nice landlord!
