Discover the beautiful holiday home Villa Don Carlo in the small village of Radosi in the immediate vicinity of the town of Porec, which offers you a luxurious holiday experience for up to 8 guests in 180 square metres of living space. The villa is surrounded by Croatia's beautiful, unspoilt nature and is ideal for a relaxing holiday in the countryside. With 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this holiday home is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to spend an unforgettable time in Croatia.
Villa Don Carlo has numerous amenities to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Enjoy the warm summer evenings on the terrace, the balcony or relax in the well-tended fenced garden. A charcoal barbecue is available for barbecue evenings, while the private 30m² swimming pool provides a welcome cool-down on hot days. Car parking is also available at the house.
Inside the villa, you will find a spacious living area with a cosy sofa, flat-screen TV, WiFi and air conditioning. The modern kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances such as a dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. In the bedrooms you will find comfortable beds, high-quality bed linen and plenty of storage space. A baby cot and high chair are available for our younger guests. A washing machine, iron and hairdryer are also available.
In our Villa Don Carlo, smoking is only permitted in the outdoor areas (terrace, balcony). In the 30 pictures you can get an impression of the high-quality furnishings and the loving design of the rooms. All rooms were fitted with fly screens in 2023.

Location and surroundings of object
Just 3 kilometres away is the romantic town of Višnjana with numerous shopping facilities for daily needs.
The charming coastal town of Poreč with its countless beaches and historical sights is only 8 kilometres away. If you are an avid cyclist, you can also reach the town via the Parenzana cycle path, which passes a few hundred metres from our holiday home. A variety of restaurants serving typical Croatian dishes can be found not far from our villa (we are happy to recommend some good restaurants here). There are other attractions for children within a radius of approx. 15 kilometres (Dinopark, water park, etc.). If you are travelling with your dog, there are numerous dog parks nearby and almost all restaurants are also dog-friendly.

Top family vacation with friends
We were on vacation with 2 families in Villa Don Carlo during the Whitsun break! It is a beautiful house with a huge pool! Perfect for the children! We will definitely come back next year. Thank you very much and greetings to the nice landlord!
