Experience an unforgettable holiday in the charming Alpenglück group house, idyllically situated in Kirchdorf in Tyrol. Our spacious house offers 460 square metres of living space for up to 35 guests in 12 cosy bedrooms and 12 modern bathrooms.
Enjoy the fresh mountain air on the balcony or relax in the lovingly designed garden, which invites you to barbecue with the BBQ grill provided. Sufficient parking spaces are available for your vehicles. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Bed linen, TV, WLAN, iron and hairdryer are of course provided. For our younger guests we offer a baby cot and a high chair.

In the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps lies our group house "Alpenglück", with space for 35 people. Right next to the Tiroler Ache and with a view of the Wilder Kaiser. Comfortably furnished, it invites you to relax. A newly renovated house with modern furnishings, large balcony, private WLAN, free parking awaits you. The large communal kitchen is located in the basement. The lounge boasts extensive facilities such as a bar, large dining and seating area including access to the outside. The large flat-screen TV with Netflix and many other apps ensures entertaining evenings.
The supermarket is less than 500 metres away. Bakeries are also within easy walking distance. Enjoy traditional Tyrolean cuisine in one of the cosy restaurants. If you are looking for relaxation, visit the local swimming pool which is only 5 km away. Kirchdorf is home to the Lärchenhof Golf Club, which is around 8 kilometres away. This golf course offers beautiful surroundings and a challenging course. The Golfclub Wilder Kaiser Ellmau is around 10 kilometres away and offers a breathtaking backdrop for a round of golf. Another golf course nearby is the Kitzbühel Schwarzsee-Reith Golf Club, which is around 15 kilometres away

The ski resorts of St. Johann in Tirol, Kitzbühel and Fieberbrunn are nearby, all of which offer various ski lifts and pistes. There is something for every skier, whether beginner or advanced. The ski bus stop is right in front of the house and takes you to the ski lift free of charge. The access point for the cross-country ski trail is also directly behind the house. The dock for rafting and canoeing/kayaking is also in the immediate vicinity by the stream behind the house.
