Description
The 55m² Stellmacherei combines old and modern in the living area and is absolutely unique thanks to its glass joint. The view of the open fire and the natural surroundings is spectacular. From this centre point, every guest has the opportunity to retreat to their own room with its own bathroom. The handcrafted furniture lends the rooms a high-quality feel-good character.
- Bedroom 1: On the ground floor with wooden beamed ceiling, double bed (1.80m x 2m) made of historic oak wood and wagon wheel, Smart TV
- Bedroom 2: On the first floor with skylight; two single beds (0.9m x 2m) Smart TV; air conditioning
- Bathroom: Each bedroom has a separate bathroom with shower, hairdryer, towel warmer, make-up mirror, radio. The shower on the first floor may be too low for tall people.
- Living and dining area: The living/dining area is located at the bottom of the house and is flooded with light thanks to the large glass area and the gleaming white wooden beamed ceiling. The view of the old half-timbered house inside radiates an incomparable cosiness. In addition to the Smart TV and the cosy three-sided wall-mounted panoramic fireplace, the evenings invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere on the large sofa or eat together in style at the dining table. From here you also have direct access to the terrace.
- Kitchen: The lovingly arranged country-style kitchen next to the dining area is equipped with an electric hob, oven, fridge incl. freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, egg cooker and toaster and much more for preparing delicious meals.
- Extras for children: We provide a cot and high chair free of charge if requested in good time.
- WLAN: We offer free WLAN throughout the house.
- Heating/air conditioning: all rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. There is also a wood-burning stove. The living and dining area and the bedroom on the upper floor have air conditioning.
- Quiet/reading zone: There is a quiet zone on the upper floor of the gallery. From there you have a wide view of the beautiful rural surroundings. Furnished with a rocking chair and reading lamp. A magical place for bookworms.
- Sauna: The Finnish sauna with additional infrared heaters is located in the neighbouring building. The in-house sauna is available free of charge for every guest at short notice by arrangement.
- Terrace: The paved garden terrace nestles against the house wall to the east and gives you the opportunity to enjoy the warm morning sun until the afternoon in the lee. The terrace is equipped with a barbecue, garden table and chairs, sun lounger, parasol and birdhouse.
- Garden: The garden is framed by a hedge. Behind it is a flowering 3 metre wide bee meadow (flowering from May to October), which then merges into a 10 hectare field, which is cultivated with cereals, maize and flowering mixtures. This fenceless design means that deer, hares, pheasants etc. can be expected to visit.
- Car park: Two car parking spaces and a covered bicycle stand with charging station for e-bikes are available if required.
- Pets allowed.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located in the countryside, surrounded by woods, fields and meadows. The small country roads are ideal for cycling and walking as they are less frequented by traffic.
Our holiday flats are geographically located in the triangle of Osnabrück, Münster and Bielefeld. A varied and very attractive area with a wide range of leisure activities.

Great house
We had a wonderful stay here. The "farmhouse" accommodation is fully equipped, and the owner is happy to tell you about it upon arrival. The renovation, history, and activities available! Highly recommended! Communication also went smoothly.
