Experience an unforgettable holiday in the Eschblick holiday flat in Versmold. This cosy and stylishly furnished 67 square metre flat offers space for up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms and has a bathroom.
- Bedroom 1: Handmade oak double bed; smart TV; air conditioning; skylight;
- Bedroom 2: Handmade double bed made of oak (entrance for both people on one side), cosy backlighting of the old rafters; satellite TV; air conditioning
- Bathroom: Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, make-up mirror, radio; coloured light in the shower
- Living and dining area: As in all rooms in the flat, the old rafters can also be seen in the living/dining area. They radiate an incomparable cosiness. The skylights and sliding doors from the balcony flood the room with plenty of light. By opening the sliding doors from the balcony, you can experience the feeling of "being outside" even on rainy days. In addition to the Smart TV and the cosy three-sided panoramic wall fireplace, the evenings invite you to linger in a cosy atmosphere on the large sofa or to eat together in style at the rustic oak table.
- Kitchen: The lovingly arranged country-style kitchen next to the dining area is equipped with an electric cooker, oven, fridge incl. freezer compartment, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, egg boiler, toaster and much more for preparing delicious meals.
- Extras for children: We provide a cot and high chair free of charge if requested in good time.
- WLAN: We offer free WLAN throughout the house.
- Heating/air conditioning: all rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. There is also a wood-burning stove. The bedrooms have air conditioning.
- Sauna: The Finnish sauna with additional infrared heaters is located in the neighbouring building. The in-house sauna is available free of charge for every guest at short notice by arrangement.
- Balcony: The balcony is framed with glass and therefore offers a barrier-free view over our Esch. The approx. 10 ha large field is cultivated with grain, maize and flower mixtures. You can count on visits from deer, hares, pheasants etc.
- Car park: Two car parking spaces and a covered bicycle stand with charging station for e-bikes are available if required.
- Pets allowed.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located in the countryside, surrounded by woods, fields and meadows. The small country roads are ideal for cycling and walking as they are less frequented by traffic.
Our holiday flats are geographically located in the triangle of Osnabrück, Münster and Bielefeld. A varied and very attractive area with a wide range of leisure activities.

We, the Ruwisch family from Böckmann Hof, have been running the farm full-time since 1840, now in the sixth generation. Four generations of us live on the farm and together we have transformed our 1779 Heuerlingshaus into a place of longing for holidaymakers in the countryside.
