The 40m² holiday flat Leinenstube is located on the first floor for 2 people.
The light-flooded attic flat is ideal for a cosy stay for two. If you snuggle up on the sofa or in bed in the evening, you can look past the old rafters from 1778 and enjoy the starry sky through the spacious skylights, while the small panorama stove provides cosy warmth.
The "Leinenstube" holiday flat is equipped with high-quality parquet flooring and a wood-burning stove. Our high-quality beds, all have handmade mattresses, adjustable slatted frames and, depending on the season, we also offer you corresponding high-quality down duvets. So nothing stands in the way of your restful sleep after you have spent an eventful day in our region!
The hotel's own sauna is available for each guest's exclusive use for a short period of time by arrangement.

Our holiday home is situated in an absolutely isolated location outdoors, surrounded by forest, field and meadow. The small country roads are inviting for cycling and walking, as they are little frequented by traffic.
Our holiday flats are geographically located in the triangle of Osnabrück, Münster and Bielefeld. A varied and very attractive area that entices with extensive leisure activities.

We, the Ruwisch family of Böckmann Hof, have been running the farm as a full-time business since 1840, now in the sixth generation. Four generations of us live on the farm, and together we have taken great pleasure in transforming our Heuerlingshaus from 1778 into a place of longing for holidaymakers in the countryside. We have been looking forward to welcoming guests since August 2021. Our goal is to be there for our guests with a lot of attention to detail and thus stand out from the standard as hosts.
