The 93m² flat for 5 people is located on the ground floor in the heart of the Heuerlingshaus. The flat is an Eldorado for people who appreciate the sight of historic half-timbered houses. The large oak dining table, the large kitchen, the cosy sofas and the open fire invite you to spend wonderful hours together in this country house.
- Bedroom 1: handmade oak double bed; historic wooden ceiling, Smart TV; access to the terrace
- Bedroom 2: handmade modern oak double bed, Smart TV; access to the terrace
- Bedroom 3: Stylish large single bed (1.10m x 2m) from the Wilhelminian era; Smart TV
- Bathroom 1: Accessible for room 1 with walk-in rain shower, WC, hairdryer, towel warmer, make-up mirror, radio; historic half-timbered structure
- Bathroom 2: Accessible for rooms 2 and 3 with walk-in rain shower, WC, hairdryer, heated towel rail, make-up mirror, radio
- Large half-timbered barn: The large barn with its lovingly restored half-timbered beams offers plenty of space to cook in a cosy atmosphere and eat together at the beautifully laid oak table. The sofas and armchairs are ideal for spending a long, cosy evening by the fireplace after a feast. A large Smart TV is also available here.
- Kitchen: The modern kitchen is lovingly integrated into the half-timbered beams on the threshing floor and is equipped with an electric cooker, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, filter coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, egg boiler, toaster and much more for cooking events large and small.
- Extras for children: cot and high chair are available free of charge if requested in good time.
- Heating: all rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. There is also a fireplace.
- WLAN: We offer free WLAN throughout the house.
- Sauna: The Finnish sauna with additional infrared heaters is located in the outbuilding 10 metres from your front door. The in-house sauna is available free of charge for every guest at short notice by arrangement.
- Terrace: The paved garden terrace with rock wall and illuminated spring stone is equipped with barbecue, garden table and chairs, sun lounger, parasol and bird house.
- Garden: The open garden is visually characterised by an approx. 7 m wide strip of lawn with shrubs. Behind this is a flowering 3 m wide bee meadow (flowering from May to October), which then merges into a 10 ha field that is alternately cultivated with cereals, maize and flowering mixtures. This fenceless design means that deer, hares, pheasants etc. can be expected to visit.
- Hammock: You have the opportunity to relax in a hammock provided by us in the neighbouring woods.
- Car park: Two car parking spaces and a covered bicycle stand with charging station for e-bikes are available if required.
- Pets are allowed.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday home is located in the countryside, surrounded by woods, fields and meadows. The small country roads are ideal for cycling and walking as they are less frequented by traffic.
Our holiday flats are geographically located in the triangle of Osnabrück, Münster and Bielefeld. A varied and very attractive area with a wide range of leisure activities.

We, the Ruwisch family from Böckmann Hof, have been running the farm full-time since 1840, now in the sixth generation. Four generations of us live on the farm and together we have transformed our 1779 Heuerlingshaus into a place of longing for holidaymakers in the countryside.
