Welcome to Holiday home "At the Dunes I", a beautiful holiday home located in beautiful Egmond aan den Hoef. This attractive holiday home accommodates up to 4 people in a comfortable living area of 45 square metres, divided into a living room, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
Surrounded by greenery and just steps away from the dunes, this holiday home offers a lovely garden where you can relax and enjoy the fresh outdoor air. There is free parking available for your car and a cosy terrace where you can enjoy dinner or a cup of coffee.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, kettle and coffee machine. Upon arrival, the beds are made for you, so you don't need to worry about bringing sheets and pillowcases. For the active holidaymaker, you can also rent two bicycles to explore the beautiful dunes and, of course, Egmond aan Zee.
In the living room, you will find a television for relaxing evenings. The holiday home is also equipped with an iron and a hairdryer, so that you can take care of yourself during your holiday. Please note that this holiday home is only suitable for non-smokers.
The downstairs bedroom has a double bed and can be closed off. The upstairs bedroom has 2 separate beds. This upper bedroom is located on a mezzanine.

Discover Egmond aan den Hoef, a picturesque village in North Holland with historical sights.
Egmond aan den Hoef, like Egmond aan Zee and Egmond-Binnen, is a village in the municipality of Bergen in the province of North Holland. The village lies on the edge of the dunes and the distance to the beach is two kilometres. The dunes are more open and lighter and the sand is more calcareous, than the dunes in the areas around Bergen and Schoorl. As a result, there is different vegetation and there are many pools with toads and salamanders. Famous is the Zeedorpen landscape in the dunes. In spring, numerous beautifully blooming bulb fields in all kinds of colours can be seen.
The area lends itself perfectly to a beach visit in Egmond aan Zee. In addition, there are many kilometres of walking and cycling paths in and around this dune area. Of course, a visit to shopping city Alkmaar cannot be missed. In the summer months, you can also visit the world-famous cheese market.

The holiday homes are located near the dunes where you can take beautiful walks or cycle tours. Of course, Egmond aan Zee beach is also nearby. You can reach the beach in about 7 minutes by car or 15 minutes by bike. See you soon!
