Our cosy luxury bungalow is quiet but centrally located at the same time. The detached holiday home is located in the park "de Duyncroft" on the edge of the dune area of Egmond.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located on a plot of 250 m2 with space for 4 people and is very neat and modernly furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave and dishwasher.
The living area has WiFi internet and an LCD TV with 7 German channels. The conservatory with large dining table offers a beautiful view of the garden.
The New shower with toilet(2014) is right next to the entrance area, where a washing machine with tumble dryer is also installed. On the ground floor there is also a dressing room and one of the two bedrooms,with a high quality mattress (1,60 x 2,00 m)
The second bedroom is on the gallery above the living room with a high-quality mattress (1.60 x 2.00 m)
The garden at the front and back of the house offer private atmospheres to enjoy the sun at any time. Parking for 2 cars is available in front of the house.
The cottage and the park are very child-friendly.
Prices:
Prices in high season july and august € 625,00 / week
in low season june € 550,00 and september € 525,00 / week
in mei € 500,00 and october € 475 / week.
In the high season Saturday is the day of arrival and departure. In low season it is also possible to arrive on a different day and rent the house for a few days only.
On the day of arrival, the house is ready for occupancy from 10:00 a.m., on the day of departure, the house is available until 10:00 a.m.

The surrounding area offers ideal conditions for cycling, hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking or just to relax. The beach is not far away (2 minutes by car) and provides pure relaxation. The idyllic artists' village of Bergen, the cosy Egmond aan Zee and the popular shopping town of Alkmaar, famous for its cheese market, offer further varied excursion destinations.

very clean house. A house to feel comfortable.
We felt very comfortable in the house. Nothing was missing. The house was very clean, and the landlords are very nice. We will definitely come back.

Pure relaxation!
The generously designed house with a conservatory and terraces all around the house also invites you to linger in mixed weather. Quietly located with a 5-minute drive to the beach, you can also reach the dunes on foot in 5 minutes, with the option to enjoy nature and relaxation.
Even our dog felt "poodle comfortable". You are welcome here and service is a top priority. We have already booked our next vacation!

Herzlich Willkommen
We stayed in the very beautiful holiday home and felt very comfortable. The attached conservatory makes the house more spacious by Dutch standards. The adjacent garden house is also a nice play area for children. The garden is a feel-good area. We will be happy to come back.
