Our cosy luxury bungalow is quiet but centrally located at the same time. The detached holiday home is located in the park "de Duyncroft" on the edge of the dune area of Egmond.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is located on a plot of 250 m2 with space for 4 people and is very neat and modernly furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave and dishwasher.
The living area has WiFi internet and an LCD TV with 7 German channels. The conservatory with large dining table offers a beautiful view of the garden.
The New shower with toilet(2014) is right next to the entrance area, where a washing machine with tumble dryer is also installed. On the ground floor there is also a dressing room and one of the two bedrooms,with a high quality mattress (1,60 x 2,00 m)
The second bedroom is on the gallery above the living room with a high-quality mattress (1.60 x 2.00 m)
The garden at the front and back of the house offer private atmospheres to enjoy the sun at any time. Parking for 2 cars is available in front of the house.
The cottage and the park are very child-friendly.
Prices:
Prices in high season july and august € 625,00 / week
in low season june € 550,00 and september € 525,00 / week
in mei € 500,00 and october € 475 / week.
In the high season Saturday is the day of arrival and departure. In low season it is also possible to arrive on a different day and rent the house for a few days only.
On the day of arrival, the house is ready for occupancy from 10:00 a.m., on the day of departure, the house is available until 10:00 a.m.

The surrounding area offers ideal conditions for cycling, hiking, horseback riding, mountain biking or just to relax. The beach is not far away (2 minutes by car) and provides pure relaxation. The idyllic artists' village of Bergen, the cosy Egmond aan Zee and the popular shopping town of Alkmaar, famous for its cheese market, offer further varied excursion destinations.

sehr sauberes Haus. Ein Haus zum wohl fühlen
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir werden auf jedenfall wieder kommem.

Erholung pur!
Das großzügig gestaltete Haus mit Wintergarten und Terrassen rund ums Haus laden auch zum Verweilen bei durchwachsenem Wetter ein. Ruhig gelegen mit einer Autofahrt von 5 Minuten zum Strand ist man auch zu Fuß in 5 Minuten in den Dünen, mit der Option, Natur und Erholung zu genießen.
Selbst unser Hund fühlte sich "pudelwohl". Hier ist man willkommen und der Service wird ganz groß geschrieben. Wir haben schon den nächsten Urlaub gebucht!

Herzlich Willkommen
sagten wir in dem sehr schönes Ferienhaus und fühlten uns sehr wohl. Der angebaute Wintergarten macht das Haus für niederländische Verhältnisse geräumiger. Das nebenstehende Gartenhäuschen ist auch für Kinder ein netter Spielbreich. Der Garten ist ein Wohlfühlbereich.Wir kommen gerne wieder.
