Discover your personal favourite place in picturesque Lenggries in Upper Bavaria! Our charming holiday home offers 100 square metres of living space for up to 8 guests and has 3 cosy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Enjoy the comfort of a cosy fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. Of course, bed linen, TV and hairdryer are also provided. The holiday home is non-smoking and smoking is not permitted indoors.
The house is furnished with lots of wood and exudes cosiness thanks to the wood-burning stove. Large windows let in plenty of natural light and provide a marvellous view of the surrounding nature and mountains. The tastefully furnished bedrooms ensure restful nights and there is enough space for the whole family in the two bathrooms.
Our favourite place is surrounded by an idyllic landscape that invites you to explore and relax. Enjoy the fresh mountain air on the terrace or explore the picturesque surroundings on a hike or bike tour. Many hiking trails start directly at the house.

Location and surroundings of object
Our favourite place is about 3km outside of Lenggries. A car is an advantage. In the immediate vicinity you can buy fresh milk, eggs and much more from the farmer.
Various hiking and cycling tours start directly in front of the house and the mountain view is guaranteed.
The ski area is approx. 5 minutes away by car. Cross-country ski trails are also in the immediate vicinity.
The house is on a shared property with my parents, and you are welcome to use the garden in front of your favourite place.
