Description

With direct water views and a unique location right on the Schlei fjord, "Wiking-Koje 4" at the Schleswig Pioneer Harbor offers the perfect place for your vacation. The apartment on the first floor offers approximately 45 m² of living and dining space with a kitchen and adjoining open-plan bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and in the living room, you can relax on the sofa in front of the smart TV.
The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm) and blackout curtains for restful nights.
The bathroom includes a hairdryer and a shower.
Relax on the balcony and enjoy balmy evenings.
A private parking space is available directly in front of the building. You can store your bicycles in the shared bicycle storage room. On the ground floor of the neighboring buildings to the Fjord and Schlei apartments, a washing machine is available for your free use.
Sustainability is a priority at Pionierhafen, which is why 77% of the energy is sourced from geothermal energy.
Thanks to its unique location on the Schlei fjord, you can also bring a boat and moor it at a berth directly at Pionierhafen for a fee. Please contact us for details. The building has an elevator. Your four-legged friend is also welcome.
Near the accommodation, you will find two electric vehicle charging stations for the Schlei, Viking, and Fjord apartments. These are available for all apartments in the buildings.
The development of the newly built "Am Pionierhafen" district is largely complete. No further major construction work is expected. Some areas, especially the outdoor spaces in the neighborhood, are still undergoing visual changes.

For all bookings with a stay from April 1, 2026, the city of Schleswig charges an overnight tax of 5% on the total price excluding VAT. This will be shown on the booking confirmation in addition to the total price.

Please note that the apartment is not suitable for construction workers, and we cannot accept bookings for this purpose.

Often, the stunning view of the Schlei fjord comes free of charge. Schleswig is a city steeped in culture – and at the harbor, you're right in the heart of it. Watch the vibrant activity at the harbor or enjoy the beautiful weather on a boat trip on the Schlei. Gottorf Castle, the ancient Viking settlement of Haithabu, Schleswig Cathedral with its famous Brüggemann Altarpiece, and the fishing village of Holm are all nearby destinations. Families are also well catered for: In nearby Tolk, there's a family amusement park offering fun for all ages. The neighboring towns of Flensburg, Kappeln, Husum, and Rendsburg are also easily accessible. The beaches of the Baltic Sea coast or the dunes of the North Sea in Sankt Peter-Ording are just as easily reached. In the immediate vicinity, you'll also find Café Pio – your new favorite spot right on the Pionierhafen harbor in Schleswig. Ein sehr schönes, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und noch recht neues Apartment. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, auch ein Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus.

Very nice accommodation in a modern and super beautiful location, right by the water. It was spacious and very clean. The only thing we found quirky was the glass partition between the toilet/shower and the living area. The booking went smoothly, and in summer it must be even more beautiful, as there is a large terrace with a water view. The accommodation looks just as beautiful as in the pictures.

I felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything is cozy and conveniently furnished. The old town, harbor, and bus station are not far away. Nevertheless, it is very quiet.
