Welcome to the "Wiking-Koje 3" holiday apartment in Schleswig – your perfect retreat for an unforgettable holiday on the Schlei fjord! This modern and stylishly furnished apartment offers everything you need for a relaxing stay in 71 m² of living space. Located on the first floor of a building newly constructed in 2023, it is easily accessible by elevator.
The apartment features an inviting living room with an open-plan design that flows seamlessly into the kitchen, creating a relaxed atmosphere. Enjoy cozy evenings on the comfortable sofa or a meal at the dining table, which offers ample space for socializing. A digital TV connection provides entertainment, and Wi-Fi is also available free of charge.
A particular highlight of the accommodation is the balcony, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding area – the perfect place to start the day with a coffee or watch the sunset in the evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee machine, so you can prepare your favorite meals.
Two bedrooms each offer a comfortable box-spring double bed (180x200cm) and blackout curtains for restful nights. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower with grab bars and underfloor heating for added comfort. A vanity mirror and hairdryer are also provided. A washing machine is available for shared use in the neighboring house, ensuring you always have fresh laundry, even during longer stays. Thanks to the unique location on the Schlei fjord, you can also bring your own boat and moor it at a berth in the Pionierhafen harbor for a fee. Please contact us for details.

A reserved parking space is available directly at the building. There are also shared parking areas with paid electric vehicle charging stations.
You can also store your bicycle securely in a shared shelter.

The development of the new "Am Pionierhafen" district is largely complete. No further major construction work is expected. Some areas, particularly the surrounding grounds, are still undergoing visual transformation.

For all bookings with a stay from April 1, 2026, the city of Schleswig charges an overnight tax of 5% on the total price excluding VAT. This will be shown on the booking confirmation in addition to the total price.

The apartment has been furnished to a very high standard with great attention to detail and is therefore not available for use by construction workers. We reserve the right to refuse such bookings.

Hervorragende Ferienwohnung, modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Keine Geräusche aus anderen Wohnungen zu hören. Alles funktioniert, Lage an der Schlei wunderschön. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The apartment is very beautiful, modern, and comfortably furnished. The location with a view of the Schlei and the proximity to Schleswig particularly pleased us. The currently existing construction site on the properties behind the house did not bother us. The Café Pio right next door is very nice. All in all, we can recommend the accommodation without reservation.

We would like to thank you very much for our stay in the apartment "Wikingerkoje Number 3" in House 6 in August 2024. We were thrilled with the entire apartment (the layout, the cleanliness, the high-quality furnishings, the tranquility - we couldn't hear the neighbors). From the large covered balcony and the parking space right by the house. From the easy key handover with the numerical code directly at the front door. And from the possibility of storing borrowed or brought bicycles. Thank you very much for everything going smoothly with the booking. Absolute recommendation!
