With direct water views and a unique location right on the Schlei fjord, the "Wiking-Koje 5" at Pionierhafen Schleswig offers the perfect place for your vacation.
The 74m² apartment on the first floor features an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a balcony.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and in the living room, you can relax on the sofa in front of the smart TV at the end of your vacation days.
One bedroom offers a comfortable double bed (180x200cm) and blackout curtains for restful nights.
The other bedroom has two single beds (each 90x200cm) and also blackout curtains.
The bathroom includes a hairdryer and a shower.
You can relax on the balcony and enjoy balmy evenings.
A private parking space is available directly in front of the house.
You can store your bicycles in the shared, open bicycle storage room.
A washing machine is available for your free use on the ground floor of the neighboring Fjord and Schleikojen houses.
Sustainability is a priority at Pionierhafen, which is why 77% of the energy is generated by geothermal sources.
Thanks to its unique location on the Schlei fjord, you can bring your own boat and moor it at a berth directly at the Pionierhafen (Pioneer Harbor) for a fee. Please contact us for details.
The building has an elevator. Your four-legged friend is also welcome.
There are two electric vehicle charging stations near the accommodation for the Schlei, Wiking, and Fjord cabins. These are available for all apartments in the buildings.
The development of the newly built "Am Pionierhafen" district is largely complete. No further major construction work is expected. Some areas, especially the surrounding grounds, are still undergoing visual changes.

For all bookings with a stay from April 1, 2026, the city of Schleswig charges an overnight tax of 5% on the total price excluding VAT. This will be shown on the booking confirmation in addition to the total price.

Please note that the apartment is not suitable for tradespeople, and we cannot accept bookings for this purpose.

Often, the stunning view of the Schlei fjord comes free of charge. Schleswig is a city steeped in culture – and at the harbor, you're right in the heart of it. Watch the vibrant activity at the harbor or enjoy the beautiful weather on a boat trip on the Schlei. Gottorf Castle, the ancient Viking settlement of Haithabu, Schleswig Cathedral with its famous Brüggemann Altarpiece, and the fishing village of Holm are all nearby destinations. Families are also well catered for: In nearby Tolk, there's a family amusement park offering fun for all ages. The neighboring towns of Flensburg, Kappeln, Husum, and Rendsburg are also easily accessible. The beaches of the Baltic Sea coast or the dunes of the North Sea in Sankt Peter-Ording are just as easily reached. In the immediate vicinity, you'll also find Café Pio – your new favorite spot right on the Pionierhafen harbor in Schleswig. Sehr schöne gemütliche Wohnung. Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Vom Wohnzimmer und Balkon hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Schlei. Von Schleswig aus kann man viele Orte ringsherum ansteuern. Das nebenan liegende Café Pio ist sehr zu empfehlen.
