The holiday home is surrounded by a lovingly landscaped garden with flowering plants and trees. On the terrace you can spend relaxing hours and enjoy the idyllic atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances such as a dishwasher, microwave, kettle and coffee maker, so you can feel at home. For your comfort, optional bed linen and towels are provided.
In the living area, a comfortable sofa invites you to relax while you watch your favourite shows on the TV. A washing machine is also at your disposal. For our little guests, a cot and a high chair are available. Free Wi-Fi, iron and hairdryer are also available. Please note that this is a non-smoking flat.

In Friesenheim in the Black Forest: picturesque village, pure nature
The Ortenau lies in a west-east direction between the Rhine and the Black Forest, in a north-south direction between Achern and Emmendingen. From here you can reach France in about 30 minutes and Switzerland in about 1 hour. With its ideal location in Friesenheim, our holiday flat is also an ideal starting point for short trips. The Europa-Park in Rust can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. We also recommend a visit to the city of Freiburg with its cathedral and little brooks, which is only about 50 km away from our flat. Strasbourg in Alsace is also not far away and always worth a visit.

Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded half of the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 7 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock midday CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 7 days before check-in there will be no refund.

Everything you need for a trip or stay with baby(ren) or small children is available. The flat is allergy-friendly with wooden floors in the living room and bedrooms and tiled floors in the kitchen, hallway and bathroom. It is not only smoke-free, but also pet-free. All bedding is washable. The heating and hot water supply is done by a photovoltaic system with heat pump heating in the basement of the house. All lamps have been converted to LED.
