It is a family-friendly 2-room flat (72m²), which is located on the 2nd floor of this house, accessible by lift, and only 100 m from the fine sandy beach and sea. Surrounded by numerous shopping facilities and local amenities.
The flat is bright and friendly, has floor-to-ceiling windows with French balconies facing the quiet west side, and is accessible by a spacious lift.
The building itself is surrounded by numerous supermarkets, shopping facilities and local amenities. This means that fresh bread rolls can be conveniently purchased in the morning at the LIDL supermarket, which is just a few steps away.
In the entrance area there is a hall cloakroom with shoe cupboards and 4 umbrellas for use.
The living area has been furnished with a large living area with sleeping function (+ 2 children), an illuminated high-gloss living wall, flat screen TV, WLAN, a high-quality Dolby surround system, a DVD player with approx. 50 films, games, books and much more.
In the fitted kitchen you will find everything you need for everyday life. Sufficient crockery, cutlery, pots, pans, glasses, ceramic hob + convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, fridge with freezer compartment or extractor bonnet.
The dining area is furnished with a glass table and 4 chairs, if required you will find a high chair in the flat.
The bedroom has a double bed (180x200cm) with high-quality cold foam mattresses, 2 bedside tables, reading lamps, alarm clock, bed bench, a second TV and blackout blinds. Also in the bedroom, a cot with changing mat for the youngest guests up to 3 years.
The separate dressing room has 2 large wardrobes with mirrored surfaces and plenty of storage space, as well as a children's play area for the youngest guests.
The spacious bathtub rounds off the comfort of this flat and has a hairdryer, magnifying mirror and two bathroom cabinets with plenty of storage space.

The Haus Olymp is characterised by its good and central location right in the centre of Kühlungsborn West.
In only 100 metres you are on the beach, on the beach promenade or on the Baltic-Platz.
The house is surrounded by shopping facilities, supermarkets such as LIDL, NETTO, but also bakeries, ice cream parlours, pharmacy, post office, bank, bicycle rental, cosmetic facilities, local facilities, as well as various medical facilities. Everything is within easy walking distance.
In the outside area of this house - rear entrance west side, there are 2 loading bays for guests of this house only, to make it easier for you to load and unload your car.
A spacious lift takes you to the 2nd floor, so that suitcases, bags or prams can be transported comfortably without having to carry them for long periods.
Also on the west side, you will find your rented car parking space, the rubbish container of this house, as well as the locked bicycle shed, where you can store your own bikes.
You can get fresh bread rolls, drinks or groceries in just a few steps at the LIDL supermarket, which is also located on the west side of this house. It couldn't be more convenient :-)
Diagonally across the street (Hermannstraße) there is a stop for the Kühlungsborn city railway, with which you can travel to the OST district, the marina or the pier and at the same time learn something worth knowing about the town.

Here is your translation to English: Each booking will be canceled again by the landlord after a single reminder, provided that the agreed contractual conditions have not been confirmed in writing by the guest. A cancellation must always be made in writing and confirmed by the landlord! The listed cancellation fees refer only to the pure accommodation costs; any additional costs (cleaning, laundry, tourist tax) are not taken into account here, as these only become due on the day of arrival. The following COST SHARES will be incurred in the event of a cancellation and must be reimbursed to the landlord: FROM reservation / booking confirmation = generally 20% of the accommodation costs; From 42 days before arrival = 100% of the agreed accommodation costs. In the event of a cancellation where the total accommodation costs have already been paid, 80% of the accommodation costs minus €30.00 transfer fees could be refunded, provided that a REPLACEMENT TENANT is found by the guest or the landlord! We are the Kühne family and have been renting out our four holiday flats in Kühlungsborn for over 10 years. Our aim is to make our guests' stay as pleasant as possible by furnishing our holiday flats neatly and completely, but also comfortably. Families with children are always welcome. Baby cot, changing mat, high chair, WLAN car parking space and bicycle shed are provided free of charge, which sets us apart from other landlords. Should you accidentally break something, which can always happen, we would be very grateful if you could let us know immediately by e-mail/SMS! This is the only way to get a replacement quickly, because the next guests will also want to take over a complete flat on arrival. We look forward to welcoming you soon! We speak German.
