The 80 square metre holiday home is located in Seepark Eiken, Seeparkstr. 153, 26907 Walchum, Emsland. It offers space for 4 people and was created completely barrier-free and lovingly furnished with a roofed terrace and an implied conservatory in a quiet peripheral location with a view of the lake.
The sink and cooker in the kitchen are wheelchair-accessible, the washbasin in the bathroom is wheelchair-accessible and there is a seat in the shower room.
The garden/outdoor facilities are also completely barrier-free. It is therefore particularly suitable for people with disabilities such as those with walking difficulties and wheelchair users, as well as senior citizens. Of course, families with children are also very welcome. Pets are only allowed to a limited extent. Smoking is not permitted.

Our holiday home is located in the Eiken lake park in Emsland. It offers a children's playground, mini golf, swimming pool with sauna, bathing lake, fishing pond, restaurants and bowling alley, a lakeside pub and an entertainment programme in the summer months.
Shopping facilities are nearby.
The Emsland invites you to walk or cycle through its vast woodland, moorland and grassland landscapes.

Wellness Week at Eiken Holiday Park
We had a relaxing week in the comfortably furnished holiday home Mensen. We lacked nothing; everything we needed was available. The lake and the entire surroundings convey that one feels well taken care of here as a guest. We sincerely thank the hosts.

Vacation at Lake Park Eiken, Walchum
A holiday home that leaves no wishes for equipment unfulfilled. From the toaster to the washing machine/dryer, everything is available. Lovingly and cozily furnished, everything is clean. Friendly landlords (surprised us with homemade jam), extensive leisure offers available. We brought our bicycles, used them frequently, and felt completely comfortable. Large groundwater swimming lake right at the doorstep... what more could you want. The Mensen family would book their vacation home again and can only recommend it.
