Description
Completed in July 2022, this holiday flat with maritime modern furnishings offers enough space for 4 people and a small child. The flat has a living area of approx. 70 m² with a separate entrance and is located on a plot of approx. 500 m² not far from the dyke.
On the ground floor there is a wardrobe and a shoe bench with enough space for shoes and clothes. After you have reached the 2nd floor via the staircase, with natural wood as a handrail, you can look forward to a beautiful eat-in kitchen, a high-quality sofa and a small children's corner. The middle floor also has two bedrooms (1x double bed and 1x two single beds) and a modern shower room. The inventory also includes a children's travel bed (incl. mobile and changing unit) and a high chair. All bedrooms and living rooms on the middle floor have Smart TVs with various additional functions and exterior blinds.
From the living room, a spiral staircase leads to the gallery with a modern sauna and a large fully equipped bathroom with a generous bathtub. The view of the islands of Norderney and Baltrum from the gallery window is particularly noteworthy.
The flat has a beautiful terrace with modern rattan garden furniture, beach chair, parasol and barbecue, as well as a sandbox with sand toys for the children. For your bicycles and e-bikes, we offer a free and lockable storage facility directly at the house.
Our holiday flat is family and allergy friendly. Smoking and pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Our freshly finished holiday flat, is located in a quiet side street near the dyke in the beautiful coastal seaside resort of Neßmersiel.
Neßmersiel is the smallest seaside resort on the East Frisian North Sea coast with a wide range of leisure activities for families, couples and those seeking relaxation.
If you are looking for a relaxing holiday with lots of nature all around, this is the place to be.
The ferry port to Baltrum, approx. 1.9 km away, is the starting point for numerous mudflat walks to the islands of Baltrum and Norderney.
Sit back and take in the wonderful view - this is what the viewing platform of the "Restaurant am Hafen" entices you to do, with a magnificent panoramic view of the North Sea and the East Frisian islands of Norderney, Baltrum and Langeoog.
In the village itself, there are restaurants, a seasonal supermarket, several bicycle rentals and fishing opportunities.
In the village street, a varied gastronomy offers fresh fish and other regional dishes for your physical well-being.
North Sea holiday with children:
Conquer the North Sea beach with the family, build sandcastles, explore the mudflats, get on your bike and explore the region. All this is possible in Neßmersiel.
Another highlight that should not go unmentioned is the boat trip to the seals off the East Frisian Islands or a hike through the Unesco World Heritage Wadden Sea with a course to Baltrum or Norderney. For families with children under the age of eight, special mudflat walks are offered near the coast, during which it is explained in a child-friendly way what all crawls and creeps on the drained seabed.
You will find a paddle and pedal station in the village. Canoes and/or bicycles can be used to explore the canals and the surrounding area.

A dream for families
We spent our first vacation as a family of four in this dreamy holiday apartment of the Hintz family. Our kids are 1.5 and 5 years old, and this apartment is so thoughtfully designed for children. There are stair gates in front of the spiral staircase, a travel cot, a high chair, a children's corner with games, a wooden train set, and even a space for drawing with chalk. You really get what you see in the pictures. It is simple and modern, and designed with a lot of love for the little details. Especially the "movable" sofa was well received by the kids. Additionally, the wellness area with a large bathroom and sauna has its advantages. The binoculars made us smile, as you can really "spy" on Baltrum and Norderney well with them. From there, everything can be reached quickly: a small shopping option in the village, the beach, playground, etc. We would have liked to stay on vacation longer. This apartment is truly 100% perfect for families with one to two children. A heartfelt recommendation.
The communication with the Hintz family was completely uncomplicated.
