The holiday flat in Schleswig is located at Reiferbahn 8 in the Schleistadt Schleswig. Reiferbahn is a small alley in the old town. The market square "Stadtfeld" is only 150 m away, where the weekly market takes place on Saturdays. Flea markets, fairs and other events take place here. On the Stadtfeld is the Vitalien fitness centre with sauna and wellness area, which you can also use as a guest. The Pizzeria Dominos is also located in this building. On the other side of the street is a REWE supermarket with a bakery and café, post office, Genusswelt, hairdresser and cash machine
Schleswig is a historic town in northern Germany with culture and nature. In the north of Schleswig-Holstein, the land between the seas, Schleswig is very centrally located with a distance of approx. 40 km to the Baltic Sea and North Sea, the Kiel Canal, Denmark and the cities of Flensburg, Kiel, Rendsburg, Husum, Kappeln and Tönning.
Schleswig lies on the Schlei, an arm of the Baltic Sea. The Schlei is a paradise for all water sports enthusiasts. The Schlei region and the nature reserves Naturerlebnis Raum, Geltinger Birk, Schleimünde, Hüttener Berge and Wattenmeer (UNESCO World Heritage Site) invite you to explore them on foot, by bike or by boat.
Boat trips are available from Schleswig to Schleimünde or from Kappeln to Schleimünde and Schleswig.
The town itself is rich in sights such as St. Peter's Cathedral with Bordesholm Altar, Gottorf Castle (with Prince's Garden, Globus House, Hercules Pond and Neuwerk), Holm fishing settlement, St. Johannis Monastery. The UNESCO World Cultural Heritage Haithabu/Danewerk and the Wadden Sea are nearby.

Der Vermieter ist verpflichtet, bei Nichtbereitstellung der Wohnung dem Gast Schadensersatz zu leisten. 4. Der Gast ist verpflichtet, bei Nichtinanspruchnahme der vertraglichen Leistung den vereinbarten oder betriebsüblichen Preis zu zahlen, abzüglich der vom Vermieter ersparten Aufwendungen. Bei Stornierung der vertraglichen Leistungen bis 46 Tage vor dem Termin werden lediglich 26,00 € Kostenpauschale erhoben. 5. Der Vermieter ist nach Treu und Glauben gehalten, die nicht in Anspruch genommene Wohnung nach Möglichkeit anderweitig zu vergeben, um Ausfälle zu vermeiden. 6. Bis zur anderweitigen Vergebung der Wohnung hat der Gast für die Dauer des Vertrages den nach Ziffer 4 errechneten Betrag zu bezahlen. 7. Ausschließlicher Gerichtsstand ist der Betriebsort. 8. Im Falle des Reiserücktritts durch den Gast werden folgende Prozentsätze, gerechnet vom Gesamtmietpreis, in der nachstehenden Staffelung fällig: Ferienwohnungen, Ferienhäuser bis zum 45. Tag vor Reiseantritt 15 % bis zum 31. Tag vor Reiseantritt 25 % bis zum 21. Tag vor Reiseantritt 50 % bis zum 11. Tag vor Reiseantritt 80 % danach 90 %
