Charging €65 for bed linen, €25 for towels, €90 for final cleaning, €30 for final cleaning for the dog, and €165 processing fees on top of the overnight price, although it stated on FeWo-direkt.de: "Total price just under €200 for 3 people, 2 nights and a dog" is quite cheeky, even outrageous. Then we asked if we could check out an hour later. This was denied and commented with "Then we have to charge an extra day."

We did have trouble checking in later. We had let them know this well in advance and reminded them of this on the day itself. They promised an email with the details, but it never arrived. Ultimately, we called the emergency number at reception and investigated ourselves. That's how we got in.
