Description
This holiday home is located not far from the sea in Son Serra de Marina.
It offers space for 8 people and is particularly family-friendly.
The villa is located in the northeast of Mallorca in the large bay of Alcudia in a quiet location. It has a cosy living and dining area and an adjoining well-equipped kitchen. In total there are 4 bedrooms in the house, two with double beds and two with two single beds. Of these, one bedroom with a double bed is on the ground floor and the other three bedrooms are upstairs. There is also a balcony on the upper floor. Three bathrooms with shower are at your disposal, one of which is on the ground floor. The whole house is furnished to a high standard and is fully air-conditioned.
The completely covered terrace has a relaxing area and a dining area, from where you always have the swing and climbing frame for the little guests in view.
The pool is divided into 3 zones: A children's pool, a jaccuzi and a swimming area. The whole family can enjoy themselves here. Sun loungers are already ready for you - but you can also relax on the Balinese bed.
You can enjoy cosy barbecue evenings at the covered barbecue area.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in the cottages have to pay the visitor's tax. Some portals do not charge tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity according to consumption (0.30€/kw).
- A refundable deposit will be charged.
- Parties are not allowed.
- To comply with the law, all guests are required to show ID before entering the house.
