Villa Lukas is very well organised, very stylish, all furnished with high quality, fully equipped with all a modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay and with very comfortable mattresses. Everything is offered exclusively for you in this very quiet, village environment , and here is the detailed description of what is provided:
* The outdoor area offers your private 11m x 4m swimming pool that has a hydro-massage, a spacious sun deck area with 7 deck chairs, 3 swing chairs, 2 sun umbrellas, an outdoor shower, a table tennis. There is also a children's playground on an artificial grassplot with a slide, swing, and a playhouse. Next to the pool is an outdoor dining area for 10 people, a self-standing traditional barbecue (wood/charcoal) and a summer kitchen that where you can also set the dining table, and it consists of a fridge, filter coffee machine, a sink with cold and hot water, a hob and a kitchen top.
* The accommodation consists of a very comfortable and stylish living area (50sqm) that is fully airconditioned and it consists of a living room with a sofa, flat-screen TV, a dining area for 8 people, fully equipped kitchen with a kitchen island, and it is equipped with all you need for a very comfortable stay ( fridge with cold water and ice cubes, cooking amenities, a dishwasher, microwave oven, a kettle, Dolce Gusto coffee maker) all high-quality furnished with slide doors toward the pool area overviewing the unspoiled natural surroundings. There is also a separate Toilet (2sqm); and a Family Bathroom with two sinks (4,5sqm).

Villa Lukas is located in Gornji Vinjani village, in a very quiet and unspoiled area, overlooking the quiet neighborhood. The nearest town Imotski is only 7 kilometers away and it represents an amazing combination of traditional Dalmatian stone streets, lakes (Blue and Red) as natural phenomena, glorious history, and very friendly people. We recommend exploring amazing nature with quads or bikes and trying a range of activities offered. The neighborhood is very friendly and you are located only 17 km from the natural phenomenon Red Lake and Blue Lake in Imotski.
You are located 6 km from the nearest supermarket, restaurant and bar. Around 36 km (40 min driving) are the most beautiful beaches in Baska Voda and Makarska Riviera with the clean and warm sea. If you prefer a mountain area there is a park of nature Biokovo just above Makarska so this can be your day tour because the view from this mountain is awesome, you can see a lot of islands and the coast is just beautiful, so visiting the mountain Biokovo provides a unique experience. Skywalk on Biokovo Mountain is a new attraction in Nature Park near Makarska at 1228 meters above sea level, it is around 1 h drive from the villa. This lookout is designed as a prestressed reinforced concrete structure that cantilevers over a cliff overlooking the Makarska Riviera, Adriatic, islands, and open sea. A glass walkway has been laid on the primary concrete structure to provide a bird's eye view in all directions, creating a unique adrenaline experience.
Villa Lukas nearest highway exit/entrance is Zagvozd (27km or half hour from the property) and that makes everything very convenient to reach, you have1h drive to famous town Split with its great history and well kept Diocletian Palace (98km with the highway), 1:40h drove to Krka waterfalls (Skradin), 2:40h drive to well-known town Dubrovnik, so you have many options for exploring one of many well known Croatian localities. You can also visit two places in Bosnia and Hercegovina that are close and worth visiting, the famous sanctuary Međugorje or the very oriental old streets of Mostar with the famous bridge, both around 1h - 1:30h drive.
