The villa "3 Espadas" is a luxury class property in an exposed location directly in the first row at the sea. Here, even the most demanding guest will be able to spend a pleasant holiday thanks to the luxury and the high-quality, individual furnishings of the house.
The 'Casa 3 Espadas' offers you on the ground floor a living room with panoramic sea view including an elegant dining room, a really fully equipped kitchen, next to it a work room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, two bedrooms (ensuite) with safe and a guest toilet.
From the spacious terrace you not only enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, but can also choose between three different seating and lounge options. All this is integrated into a beautiful garden with a heated pool, a large whirlpool for 6 people, sun loungers and a built-in barbecue for individual barbecues. For the little guests there is also a baby and high chair available.
On the 1st floor there is a smaller kitchen, two bedrooms with a large bathroom and another sun terrace with a wonderful view of the Atlantic. Underfloor heating and air conditioning are of course also part of the equipment of this exceptional property. Treat yourself to some peace and quiet and enjoy the pleasant atmosphere of this beautiful villa.

Carvoeiro is a former fishing village with a variety of good restaurants and bars. Here you will find beautiful beaches and an impressive cliff landscape, for which the Algarve is famous.
Play a round of golf on the nearby golf courses, two golf courses are close by. Or try sinking a golf ball from the house into the Atlantic (with a good drive should be quite possible). And through the good contacts with the local, German-speaking golf club, you can also acquire not only your course licence but also an official handicap within just 5 days, making you eligible to play worldwide.

The manager of the villa, Wieland Wagner, looks after the property for the German owner Josenita Niemerski.
Mr. Wagner has lived in the Algarve for 27 years and is very well connected (he edited the German Algarve magazine for 18 years and has been president of the German-speaking golf club "Algarveagles", which he founded, for 16 years). On request, he can give guests valuable tips and restaurant recommendations.
