The villa is certified under the touristic license 43748/AL.

The exclusive holiday villa with pool and sea view leaves nothing to be desired and, with an attractive price/performance ratio, represents one of the best offers in the area.
Air conditioning in the living/dining room as well as in the master bedroom.
The house is very quietly located at the entrance of a cul-de-sac and yet close to all facilities (details see below).
Maid service (3 times per week) is included in the rental price. Our property manager on site speaks English and Portuguese and is available for any questions.
With 2 bedrooms – each with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom – as well as a sofa bed in the upstairs lounge, up to 6 people can be comfortably accommodated.
Whether you are looking for pure relaxation at your own pool or prefer to enjoy the romantic beaches along the coast – at Casa Cristina, all options are open to you for a dream family or golf vacation. Two beautiful 18-hole golf courses (Gramacho and Vale da Pinta) are very close by (approx. 2-3 km).
The "local beach" can be reached on foot via a hike along natural paths in about 15 minutes. Other extensive bathing beaches can be easily reached by car in a few minutes. The shallow sandy beaches are ideal for children.
The nearby fishing village of Carvoeiro has preserved its charm to this day and has been spared from mass tourism with hotel towers. Here you will also find all infrastructure facilities.

A dream house in Portugal with 5 stars

We were there with two couples. The house is sensationally spacious, has 2 terraces (upstairs and downstairs), everything is available.
There is really nothing missing here, there are 6****** stars extra!!!

Look at the description and the photos, as it is stated there, so it is. Everything is very clean, you feel at home immediately.

Pure relaxation is the order of the day!
The view of the sea from the terrace is simply fantastic.
We used the very well maintained pool very often, the pool man came twice a week
A big praise to the landlord, he was always available.
We will definitely come again
Thank you again for a great holiday!

All-round successful holiday in a beautiful holiday home

Our first major holiday since Corona was a great experience in every way. The holiday home Casa Cristina exceeded our high expectations in every respect. The space was really very good for us 4 adults, equipment, furnishings and cleanliness are quite luxurious and leave nothing to be desired. You can tell that the landlord has put his heart and soul into it. He was really very friendly and helpful in advance with a wealth of tips and suggestions. Also on site, a very competent service helps when needed.
The holiday home is in a very quiet location, and it is only a few minutes by car to some beautiful beaches or to the lively holiday resort of Carvoeiro. A highlight is the very well-maintained large swimming pool, which is a great place to relax after an excursion to the many interesting sights in the area or after a day at the beach.
Conclusion: We can recommend Casa Cristina without reservation. We have certainly not been there for the last time.

Perfect

We (2 adults and 2 children) were there for 2 weeks this year (2020). To make it short. Everything is available in the house. The pool service and the cleaning work perfectly. Best location. Peace and quiet without end. A large pool to relax in. Shopping facilities in the immediate vicinity. 10 min drive to the perfect beach in Carvoeiro. Equipment and house perfectly furnished. What more could you want! We will come back anytime!

Great, cozy house

Quiet location, surrounded by many holiday homes and apartments, restaurants and shopping opportunities nearby. Great beaches in the area. The house is top-notch! Everything you need is there, even umbrellas for the beach. Excellent service from the gardener, pool cleaner, and cleaning lady. We (family) felt at home. The private pool is a hit! Great vacation - full relaxation.

Our holiday at Casa Christina was truly incredibly relaxing and rejuvenating. There are 2 bedrooms with separate bathrooms and nothing is missing. The kitchen and rooms are equipped with everything you need. Towels, hairdryer, and beach essentials like a sun umbrella are also available for free use. With the truly amazing pool and rooftop terrace, it is a real paradise for relaxation. A great beach is only a 5-minute drive away. This beach can also be reached by a 40-minute walk along the cliffs. Great walk! I can highly recommend Casa Christina. We will definitely come back next year.

Holiday in the Paradi

We fell in love with Casa Cristina as soon as we booked and were not disappointed by the reality. Contact with the landlord started early and so nothing was left to chance. From directions to arrival tips, everything was thought of. The house is luxuriously and lovingly furnished and in many little things you can see the efforts of the landlord to create an oasis of well-being for his guests. We chose the location carefully. The villa is not located in one of the many impersonal holiday resorts, but rather on the edge of the small village of Sesmarias, where locals also live. Quiet, but not far from all infrastructure, it is the perfect place to relax. We enjoyed the pool every day, even in October
Can a day start better than with a few laps in the pool followed by breakfast on the sunny terrace of Casa Cristina?
Of course, the best way to explore the surrounding area, both near and far, is by rental car. And there really is a lot to discover. Just let yourself drift...
The cleaning service is not necessary, but it is great! Maria Jose is the pearl of the house and very discreet. Often we didn't even get to see her and when we came home we only noticed how tidy and clean everything was. Our special thanks for that!
Next year we will be coming to Sesmarias for the sixth time. It is a bit like coming home to "our" house.
If you are still wondering whether Casa Cristina is the right choice for your holiday, we can only say a resounding YES. The main thing is that you do not book during "our" holiday season

Deceleration and relaxation

We enjoyed this week more than anything else. Finally, an offer that kept everything it promised on the internet. A dreamlike casa, top maintained, best equipment, heavenly quietness, the big pool left nothing to be desired. Sesmarias is a small village with connections to Lagoa and Portimão.
A car should be planned, as the location is wonderfully quiet, but still a little on the outskirts.
We will gladly book Casa Cristina again for our next Algarve holiday.

Relaxing vacation!

The house is beautiful and, as described, located at the beginning of a cul-de-sac. The view is lovely, and you can already enjoy the sun for breakfast on the terrace. The rooftop terrace offers a great view and is perfect for relaxing in the evenings.
The holiday home has been furnished with great care, is in good condition, and clean. We didn't miss anything, and the weather was perfect so we could enjoy the pool daily.
The house is cleaned three times a day by a very nice lady. The pool is also maintained several times a week.
A car is recommended. We booked our rental car directly from Faro Airport and were therefore very independent.
There are some supermarkets nearby where you can shop very relaxed. The Pingo Doce is recommended (affordable fish in a great selection, the locals shop here).
Driving by car is also very relaxed, with much fewer cars than in Germany. Numerous beaches and sights can be experienced nearby.

We felt completely comfortable and will, if everything goes well, come back next year!

Great vacation in a stylish holiday home!

The house is absolutely fantastic and, as described, is located at the beginning of a cul-de-sac. The view is beautiful, you can already enjoy the sun on the terrace for breakfast. The tranquility of this place is perfect for relaxing. The holiday home has been furnished with great care. Everything is in impeccable condition and clean. We didn't miss anything, and the weather was perfect for early October - in summer, it is certainly much hotter, and you can make even more use of the large pool! The landlord has perfectly organized the arrival and departure, and almost every day there is someone taking care of the villa (pool, flowers, etc.). Renting a car is recommended, especially because there are several supermarkets nearby where you can buy ingredients for a nice dinner. You can also explore the coast and take advantage of the many excursion possibilities. The pizzeria in the village is also highly recommended. We felt completely comfortable and if we are heading towards the Algarve again, there is only this address for us! Simply top! Thank you and greetings to Mr. Weber :-)

Aside from the great weather at the time of year (24°), we particularly enjoyed the daily breakfast on the rooftop terrace with the beautiful view. The amenities are good, with special mention of the bedroom with its own bathroom and very comfortable bed (good mattresses). The pool right in front of the living room is also great. Since this was our first trip to Portugal, we flew only to Lisbon on the recommendation of the landlord and then drove by rental car to the Algarve. The drive takes approximately... 3 hours, but recommended (interesting landscape). Shopping opportunities are not far away and easily accessible by car, for the morning bread rolls there is a small grocery store near "Casa Christina," which can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. The landscape is very beautiful, we have taken very nice walks along the coast and also enjoyed the beach. Conclusion: "Casa Christina" was luxury for us at a great price/performance ratio with a fantastic location. A rental car should definitely be taken. We will definitely come back.

Immer wieder schön

We have been guests at Casa Cristina several times now - sometimes alone, sometimes with friends or children - and we keep coming back. Why? Because everything just fits here. The location - The house is very quiet and from the rooftop terrace, you have a wonderful view over the pristine gorge all the way to the sea. We enjoy our breakfast here almost daily. Right outside the door, we start our hikes along the coast or to the bathing bay at the end of the gorge. Restaurants and a small supermarket are within walking distance. Larger beaches can be reached by car in a few minutes.
The house is very well maintained and fully equipped. Initially, we missed an internet connection, but now we always buy a SIM card upon arrival at the airport. It's inexpensive, and it serves us well during the holiday.
The service is simply great. The cleaning lady comes three times a week. If there are any problems, the property manager is quick to help. We always feel very comfortable here and will come back - no question.

Schon bei der Buchung haben wir uns in die Casa Cristina verliebt und wurden von der Wirklichkeit nicht enttäuscht. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter begann schon frühzeitig und so wurde nichts dem Zufall überlassen. Von der Wegbeschreibung bis zu Anreisetips war an alles gedacht. Das Haus ist luxuriös und liebevoll eingerichtet und an vielen Kleinigkeiten erkennt man die Bemühungen des Vermieters, seinen Gästen eine Oase des Wohlfühlens zu schaffen. Den Ort haben wir mit Bedacht gewählt. Die Villa befindet sich nicht in einer der vielen unpersönlichen Ferienanlagen, sondern steht eher am Rande des kleinen Ortes Sesmarias, dort wo auch Einheimische wohnen. Ruhig, aber nicht fern aller Infrastruktur ist das der perfekte Ort zum Relaxen. Den Pool haben wir auch noch im Oktober täglich sehr genossen.
Kann ein Tag schöner beginnen als mit ein paar Bahnen im Pool und anschließenden Frühstück auf der sonnigen Terrasse von Casa Cristina?
Die nähere und fernere Umgebung erkundet man natürlich am besten mit einem Mietwagen. Und es gibt wahrlich viel zu entdecken. Lassen Sie sich einfach treiben...
Der Putzservice müsste nicht sein, aber toll ist er schon! Maria Jose ist die Perle des Hauses und dabei sehr diskret. Oftmals haben wir sie garnicht zu Gesicht bekommen und beim Nachhausekommen nur bemerkt, wie alles wieder top aufgeräumt und gereinigt war. Dafür unser besonderes Dankeschön!
Im kommenden Jahr werden wir nun bereits zum sechsten Mal nach Sesmarias kommen. Ein bisschen ist es schon wie ein Heimkommen in "unser" Haus.
Wenn Sie jetzt noch überlegen, ob Casa Cristina die Richtige Wahl für Ihren Urlaub ist: Wir können dazu nur ein klares JA sagen. Hauptsache Sie buchen nicht in "unserer" Urlaubszeit
