The residence is popular also because of its quiet and sunny location. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, pavilion, garden furniture and a porch swing. Other apartments in the same house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.

The location is absolutely fine, you can actually reach everything in Siófok in 10 minutes (by car). Shops, beach and restaurants are also within walking distance in 5-15 minutes. Large fridge with freezer compartment.
