Description

The detached holiday home, renovated in 2023, is furnished in a modern and rustic style. The property is located on the outskirts of the village. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for your exclusive use: parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, porch swing and courtyard. The landlord has an old, friendly dog, which is confined to the rear part of the property.

Siofok. The holiday home is located on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Air conditioning, heater in every room (gas). Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception via cable.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a smoke detector.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early June to late August, diameter 3 m, 0.8 m deep).

Kitchen with dining area (6 seats), gas hob (4 burners), oven, extractor hood, refrigerator (180 l, freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and window. Separate WC with 1 washbasin, toilet and window. Bedroom with 1 double bed and TV.

Clean house, quiet neighbourhood, good vibes from the owners, they welcomed us with open arms and they made sure that we had everything there. For sure we will go back!
