Description

The holiday home, built in 1990 is functional furnished. The property is located in a residential area. The domicile is also popular because of the quiet and sunny location. For common use are available: sunbathing area, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, fire place and court.

Location
Siófok. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 5 cars) on the property.

Special
central heating (gas). Facilities: internet access (WLAN). TV reception takes place via satellite. Stations in different languages.

Dogs
allowed, EUR 10.00/pet per day.

A "getting old" holiday house. Very quiet. Neither the train nor the roads and highway, which are in the immediate vicinity, disturb. To the beach about 1000m. Easy parking. An "ABC" with a good breakfast assortment nearby. Also here everything was very quiet and well maintained. A good price-performance ratio.
