Location and surroundings of object
The holiday home "Wattwurm" is located in the old village of Nesse in East Frisia between the villages of Dornum and Neßmersiel. From here you can reach the villages of Norden-Norddeich, Bensersiel and Esens via the coastal road.
There is a ferry connection to the island of Baltrum via the port of Neßmersiel.
The whale museum with its sperm whale skeleton and the automobile and toy museum next to it are also worth a visit.
In Norddeich you can visit the seal station Nationalpark-Haus or the Ocean Wave adventure pool.
In Neßmersiel, dog owners will find a dog beach and a fun agility park for their 4-legged friend.

Everything very nice
We are very satisfied with the accommodation. We felt very comfortable there with our dogs. The sports field was also not disturbing. Very nice support from Mr. Trännapp. We will definitely come back. You can also easily reach all places to explore from there.

Holiday home with potential for improvement
The holiday home Wattwurm is a semi-detached house (not mentioned in the advertisement) from different landlords. In front of the house, there are two parking spaces, one for the house Wattwurm and the second belongs to the neighboring house. There is little space between the parked vehicles, e.g., to get past with bicycles. In the garden shed, we could only store the bike rack, as it was fully packed. The house is impractically furnished, as there are no storage options for personal items, especially in the living room and bathroom. However, the kitchen is well-equipped. The garden consists only of a lawn area in front of the terrace. Unfortunately, the terrace has no awning, so the table, chairs, and grill must be cleaned daily from bird droppings in order to be used. The second bedroom is very small, actually a children's room. During our three-week stay, there was an event at the opposite sports field every weekend until the early morning hours.
Anyone seeking peace should check the event calendar of the town of Nesse in advance.
The manager, Mr. Trännapp, is friendly and always helpful. Great praise.

Sehr geehrter Herr M.
wir können Ihre Kritik nicht ganz nachvollziehen. Dass wir kein freistehendes Haus vermieten, geht aus dem Text und den Bildern klar hervor (siehe z.B. Trennmauer und Hecke auf bzw. vor der Terrasse). Dass das Haus unzweckmäßig eingerichtet sein soll, liegt einzig im Auge des Betrachters. Und dass es mehrere Vermieter geben soll, ist falsch. Das Haus wird ausschließlich durch Hr. Trännapp verwaltet und vermietet.
Sowohl im Wohn-/ als auch im Badezimmer (siehe Bilder) gibt es Ablagemöglichkeiten, die man nutzen kann. Und ja, der Garten besteht vor und hinter dem Haus aus Rasen. Etwas anderes steht auch nicht in der Beschreibung und ist auch nicht auf den Bildern zu sehen. Und dass die Terrasse über keine Markise verfügt, ist auch richtig, schließlich möchten wir nicht jedes Jahr eine neue Markise kaufen. Entweder, weil sie evtl. voll gekotet wäre oder durch einen Sturm abgerissen bzw. eingerissen werden könnte.
Und ja, das zweite Schlafzimmer ist kleiner, hat aber zwei normale Einzelbetten mit einem Kleiderschrank mit Platz für zwei Personen. Denn nicht jeder möchte sein Bett mit jemand anderem teilen.
Was den Parkplatz betrifft, bisher konnte zwei PKW dort parken und man konnte seine Fahrräder zwischen den Autos problemlos durchschieben (selbst ausprobiert).
Da das Haus keinen Keller hat, müssen u.a. die Auflagen für die Gartenstühle und im Herbst / Winter die Gartenmöbel irgendwo gelagert werden. Unter der Überdachung neben dem Gartenhaus wäre Platz für die Fahrräder gewesen incl. zweier Steckdosen zum Aufladen der Fahrradakkus
Und dass es auf dem Sportplatz laut war lag wahrscheinlich daran, dass die jährlichen Sportwochenenden des 1. FC Nesse stattfanden. U.a. die Kinderolympiade und verschiedene Jugendturniere. Schließlich muss auch der Nachwuchs gefördert werden.
Haben Sie Verständnis dafür, dass wir nicht jedem Gast zu 100 % gerecht werden können.
