Description

Villa Gusto is a modern villa in Vodnjan. If you wish to visit Rovinj, Pula, Brijuni, or any other Istrian attractions, you will reach them with your car within 10 to 20 minutes. Pula Airport is 14.5km away from the house.

Beautiful family house located in Vodnjan, only 10 km from the big city of Pula.

The outside part of the house contains a 24 m2 swimming pool, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, a charcoal grill, a table and chairs for 6 people, and a trampoline for our youngest.

The interior of the house, which covers 185 m2, consists of 4 bedrooms with double beds, 3 spacious bathrooms; two bathrooms with shower, and one with bathtub.

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a large fridge, a freezer, a dishwasher, and a coffee machine. There is a comfortable sofa and TV in the living room.

Free private parking and Wi-Fi are available to guests. The villa has 6 air conditioners

Villa Gusto is located in Vodnjan, a small town in Istria. The house is surrounded by holiday villas, in a tourist area. The town of Vodnjan is close to all major tourist destinations in Istria, such as Pula, Fažana, Brijuni National Park and the town of Rovinj.

The first beaches “Fažana” and “Peroj” are about 6 km from the house.

The supermarkets "Plodine" and "Konzum" are within walking distance, just 450 m from the property.

The first restaurant "Maslina" is 950 m away. The restaurants "Vodnjanka" and "Buffalo" are 1.3 km and 1.6 km from the property.

Other activities and attractions in the area include wine tasting at the "Medea" winery, 2 km away. Brijuni National Park is also nearby. It is the most famous and most visited national park in Croatia. You can visit it daily by boat from Fažana (6 km).
