Villa Dvor is located in Vodnjan, a small town in Istria. The house is surrounded by holiday villas, in a tourist area. The town of Vodnjan is close to all major tourist destinations in Istria, such as Pula, Fažana, Brijuni National Park, and Rovinj.
The first beaches "Fažana" and "Peroj" are approximately 6 km from the house.
Supermarkets "Plodine" and "Konzum" are within walking distance, only 450 m from the accommodation.
The first restaurant "Maslina" is 950 m away. Restaurants "Vodnjanka" and "Buffalo" are 1.3 km and 1.6 km from the property.
Other activities and attractions in the area are wine tasting at the winery "Medea" which is 2 km away. Brijuni National Park is also nearby. It is the most famous and most visited national park in Croatia. You can visit it daily by boat from Fažana (6 km).
For adventurers, at a distance of 29 km, there is a nature park Cape Kamenjak. Suitable for nature walks, cycling, and surfing.

| Only payments processed and received are non-refundable. If you cancel before the specified payment deadline, you are not obliged to pay, but any amounts paid up to that point will not be refunded. In the event of the following Covid-19 related travel disruptions, guests will be granted a free** cancellation of their reservation stay: - Closure of the border of the guest's country or closure of the Croatian border for tourist travel (border closure restriction must be applied to part or all of the reservation stay) - in case of a new pandemic wave in the guest's home country or in Croatia, if the governments declare a state of pandemic and block / quarantine all citizens (officially declared state of pandemic must be applied to the part or the whole reservation stay) **For full refund, a fee of 50 EUR will be deducted for expenses. 50 EUR can then be used as a voucher for future bookings in one of our holiday villas until 01.10.2024. If there is a "recommendation" from a state official not to travel to Croatia, this is not considered a valid reason to cancel free of charge. There must be a law prohibiting travel to Croatia, not just a "recommendation". If negative tests or vaccinations are required for travellers to Croatia, we cannot be held responsible for such laws. It is the guest's responsibility to respect and comply with Croatian laws or the laws of your country of residence. Travel warnings, putting Istria in the red zone, etc. will also not be considered as a reason for reimbursement. We cannot be responsible if someone in the host group is positive for Covid-19 or new variants of the virus. Therefore, guests in your group should consider insurance to cover such cases. |
