This cosy 42m² accommodation has a bedroom, an eat-in kitchen and a bathroom, as well as a separate WC and a cloakroom. In summer you have access to the rain- and wind-protected terrace full of flowers.
The holiday home has numerous amenities that will make your stay unforgettable. Park your car comfortably in the house's own car park. You can exercise in the fitness room, relax in the sauna after an active day or enjoy a soothing massage. In the lockable cellar you can park your bikes in summer and in winter there is a heated ski cellar with ski boot and glove dryer at your disposal. The ski bus stops right outside the front door. We are happy to bring you fresh bread rolls from the bakery directly to the flat.

The flat is centrally located and restaurants and shopping facilities are nearby. The forest is also not far away and the Birnbach with its stream bed is great for children to play in. In winter, the ski bus stops right outside the front door.
