The holiday home is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Leimen, a climatic health resort in the North Vosges Palatinate Forest UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
In the immediate vicinity is a beautiful vantage point, the Gräfenstein castle ruins, the Clausensee lake, the Trippstadt MTB Park, the Wischert rock, and other sandstone rocks worth seeing. The network of hiking and cycling trails leaves nothing to be desired, and mountain bikers and climbers get their money's worth. A visit to the small town of Wissenbourg in Alsace (France) is highly recommended, enjoy the French flair and the charming buildings from the 18th century with a cup of coffee in one of the many street cafés that invite you to linger.

Grandma out with her grandchildren
We, (grandma+kids 10-13), went to the Palatinate Forest with skepticism only to be pleasantly surprised. The holiday home in Leimen is excellently equipped and lovingly decorated. The modern kitchen has everything one needs, including a dishwasher. As a starting point for many great activities in the Palatinate Forest, this holiday apartment is perfect for families with children.
