The holiday home is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Leimen, a climatic health resort in the North Vosges Palatinate Forest UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
In the immediate vicinity is a beautiful vantage point, the Gräfenstein castle ruins, the Clausensee lake, the Trippstadt MTB Park, the Wischert rock, and other sandstone rocks worth seeing. The network of hiking and cycling trails leaves nothing to be desired, and mountain bikers and climbers get their money's worth.
