Casa Conti di Sotto has always been an organic farm, where you can immerse yourself in the sounds and scents of the Tuscan countryside while being just a few minutes from all comforts, from our beautiful beaches and from the major art cities of central Italy.
At Casa Conti di Sotto you can still see fireflies and wake up to the singing of birds. There are many areas reserved only for guests of Casa Conti di Sotto: 2 swimming pools (the small one is heated), the Sorgente (a small natural panoramic pool where guests can relax with water flowing over their shoulders), the Kneipp path for hot/cold massage with its relaxation area, an indoor and outdoor gym in a shaded park where squirrels and birds accompany the guests. There is also a reading and music room and various play areas for children of all ages: ping pong, table football, large chessboard, bocce, darts, swings, slides, playhouses. All the houses have a private covered parking space, fast wifi, safe, air conditioning, satellite TV with DVD, mosquito nets on doors and windows.
There is also a covered panoramic spa (a counter-current swimming pool with loungers and hydromassage seats and a sensory shower with a herbal tea/zen area and a yoga area with loungers to greet the sun). HIGHLY RECOMMENDED PLACE

We were at Villa Giulia this summer, a perfect stay, competent and helpful staff, the wellness area is excellent, the massage is also recommended. The location is outstanding, 10 minutes from Marina di Scarlino and 15 minutes from Follonica, so perfect for spending a day at the sea and then returning to relax by the pool.

FEWo Villa Mimosa

Wir haben uns auf dem Anwesen sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten, sich zu betätigen oder zurückzuziehen, für Erwachsene wie Kinder. Drei Spielplätze, Boccia-Platz, Fitnessraum (leider waren die meisten Geräte nicht in Ordnung, da soll aber Abhilfe geschaffen werden). Für die Kinder war es besonders schön, dass der kleine, runde Pool auch im Oktober noch beheizt war. Auch der große Pool war noch offen, aber von der Temperatur her nur etwas für Unerschrockene. Wir haben die Terrasse für morgendliches Yoga mit Blick auf die Berge genossen, besonders auch das Bibliotheks- und Musikzimmer mit digitalem Klavier (!!!!) und einer Gitarre - also Noten nicht vergessen! Auch das Angebot für Massage haben wir genutzt.
Der große Tisch im Außenbereich war für eine große Familiengruppe (6 Erwachsene, 5 Kinder von 3 1/2 bis knapp 9 Jahre alt) ein guter Ort zum gemeinsamen Essen!
Die Lage ist wunderschön, wenn auch die Zufahrt auf den letzten ca. 2 Kilometern abenteuerlich ist. Supermärkte in Bagno die Gavorrano bzw. in Follonica sind gut zu erreichen.
Am Meer ist man in ca. 30 Minuten, Massa Marritima und Casatiglione della Pescaia sind lohnende Ausflugsziele und ebenfalls in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar.
Die Betreuung durch das Personal war sehr gut und sehr freundlich, gerade auch für die Kinder. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen mit einer Grundausstattung an Pasta, Wein und Olio di Oliva vom Hause.
Spaziergänge in die Umgebung erlauben tolle Ausblicke auf das Meer mit herrlichem Sonnenuntergang.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder, wenn auch die Einrichtung des Wohn-und Küchenbereichs praktischer sein könnte.

Wir waren diesen Sommer mit meiner Familie in der Villa Giulia, einem wunderschönen Ort mit qualifiziertem und hilfsbereitem Personal.

Auch die Lage ist ausgezeichnet, 10 Minuten von der Marina di Scarlino und 15 von Follonica entfernt, damit Sie schnell das Meer erreichen und sich dann entspannen können, wenn Sie zum Pool zurückkehren

Wundervoll! Fantastisch! Großartig! Ein Juwel mitten in der Natur!

We had a very friendly contact even before the arrival and were really looking forward to our stay at Casa Conti di Sotto. When we arrived, we were just impressed. We were friendly shown around the huge property and it really was more beautiful than words can describe: The place is wonderful - a huge garden with many different places, lovely created and decorated - where you can sit, look at the sunset, enjoy the panorama, make Joga, and go swimming in one of the crystal clear pools. Then we were shown our house, the Villa Mimosa: The houses are beautiful and typical for the toscana with old wood beams and an old chimney, and a wonderful interior: the kitchen and the furniture are very nice and everything is so nicely decorated. Our house did have a small terrace with a good view, but you can also have lunch and dinner at one of the many pavilions in the top of the huge garden. It was very clean, good atmosphere and a wonderful time.

But the most important thing for us was: The personell was so very friendly, so nice, and so helpful. Even the owner came once to say hello and was also very friendly and helpful, thank you so much again for everything!

We really look forward to our next stay hopefully in the next year.

I must say it was a perfect vacation from every point of view. A place surrounded by greenery, in contact with nature, with a panoramic view. Just right for relaxing. Mrs. LAURA was always very attentive to ensure that nothing was missing, and the staff was always active in case of need. Nothing is lacking; it feels like being in paradise. The house we were in was very well maintained and also spacious. The perfect place to fully enjoy a well-deserved vacation. I highly recommend it to families with children and to those seeking tranquility. I have already booked for next year. (I have been coming for 5 years now.) I thank Mrs. LAURA for everything she does and her staff. We need more people like this. See you next year.
