The 1 1/2 storey house (approx. 57 m² living space) with terrace (approx. 30 m²) offers space for 4 - 5 persons and has:
Ground floor:
Living and dining area, seating for 6 persons each, satellite TV set, stereo system,
Kitchen with dishwasher, 4-burner hob, fridge, microwave, mini-oven and everything you need, such as coffee machine, toaster, kettle, egg boiler, etc.
From the hallway you reach the shower room/toilet and a small sleeping chamber with a bed;
Attic:
Here there is a double bed in the gallery - and two more beds in a sleeping chamber.
Outside:
Behind the house is a terrace (south side) with sun from late morning until sunset, table and chairs for 6 persons, parasol.
The solidly built detached house is situated within a beautiful holiday park (quiet outskirts) with a well-kept old tree population. There is a tennis court in the grounds, which can also be used by guests. Table tennis courts both outdoors and indoors as well as various children's playgrounds and a paddling pool are also available.
Washing machine and dryer can be used in the reception house.
The house has its own parking space, which is about 90 m from the house.

The holiday park is part of the small coastal village of Stellendam, which is located both on the North Sea coast and on the inland water (Haringvliet), which is separated by a navigable dam. The sandy beaches on the North Sea and the Haringvliet can be reached in a few minutes. About 8 km away is the Browersdam, which separates the North Sea from the Grevenlingen Sea. Stellendam offers several shopping facilities, including a well-stocked supermarket. Several restaurants can be found in the immediate vicinity.
The surroundings of Stellendam offer you extensive nature reserves, long sandy beaches, wide flower fields and picturesque villages with many sights. If you like cycling, you will get your money's worth here. The cycle paths are in good condition, excellently signposted and lead you, among other things, directly past the beach. All kinds of bikes can be rented in nearby Ouddorp. Attractive cities such as Rotterdam (approx. 38 km), Middelburg and Vlissingen (approx. 50 km) can be reached quickly via well-developed national roads. But there are also places worth seeing in the immediate vicinity, such as Hellevoetsluis, Ouddorp, Zierikzee, Veere and Domburg.
The many kilometres of sandy beach at Browerdam offer a wide range of water sports, such as kite surfing, beach sailing, etc. The beach cafés are well worth a visit.

Holiday accommodation
Contrary to many other vacation rentals, many things were available, e.g. cushions for the chairs on the terrace, microwave/oven, various kitchen appliances, a wide selection of TV programs. This vacation home is recommended!
