A warm welcome to your stay in our holiday apartment in the spa and health resort Waren Müritz.
See for yourself the accommodation with superior comfort, the most beautiful spots in Müritz National Park, the hospitality of the historic old town as well as the idyllic marina, and the countless beauties and activities in the Mecklenburg Lake District. You have the choice to enjoy the region actively, perhaps by bike, or in a relaxed way, for example by passenger ship or national park bus.
The holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a renovated townhouse, measures 84 square meters, and can be used by 1–6 guests. You have two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, including LED TV, and a multipurpose room with possible extra bed at your disposal. The current classification by the German Tourism Association confirms accommodation with superior comfort, high-quality overall furnishings, and well-maintained quality. Parking, Wi-Fi, bicycle storage room, and other operating costs are included in the rental price. Green electricity from the in-house photovoltaic system. One wallbox / charging station for e-cars per holiday apartment (consumption-based billing). Optionally, you can book laundry packages (bed linen, bath towel, hand towel) for a one-time fee of €10 per person. Wonderful holiday apartment!!
From the reception to the farewell, there was nothing to complain about at this accommodation and with the hosts, everything was just great. We were personally greeted, warmly welcomed, and given an introduction to all areas of the apartment and its ancillary rooms - there was a bike shed with well-maintained bikes (including one with a child seat) which we could use for free to get bread rolls or for a small fee for other purposes. The garden could also be used without restrictions, much to the delight of the children.
There are storage rooms in the hallway with items such as toilet/kitchen paper, which could be taken for the holiday apartment without any complications. We took over the apartment in a very clean condition, well-maintained, modernly furnished, and the kitchen was not lacking any utensils - in short, we felt a bit like home. Our wishes were taken into account, and we had a truly nice holiday week! The location is also perfect, walking down the street, you are at Steinmohle (small harbor) or in the center in about 6-8 minutes. This allowed us to quickly get "home" even late at night. A clear recommendation from us for those planning a holiday with toddlers/children. Once again, a heartfelt thank you to the Krohn family!

Vom Empfang bis zum Verabschieden war bei dieser Unterkunft sowie den Gastwirten nichts zu beanstanden und alles einfach nur prima. Wir wurden persönlich empfangen, freundlich begrüßt und bekamen eine Einweisung in alle Bereiche der Wohnung sowie deren Nebenräume - so gab es einen Fahrradschuppen mit gut gepflegten Rädern (auch mit Kindersitz), welche man zum Brötchenholen kostenlos nehmen durfte, ansonsten gegen einen geringen Betrag benutzt werden konnten. Der Garten durfte ebenso uneingeschränkt genutzt werden, sehr zur Freude der Kinder.
Es befinden sich im Hausflur Abstellkammern mit z.B. Toiletten-/ Küchenpapier, welches man unkompliziert für die FeWo nehmen konnte. Übernommen haben wir die Wohnung in einem sehr sauberen Zustand, gepflegt, modern eingerichtet und auch in der Küche fehlte es an keinen Utensilien - kurz um, wir haben uns ein bisschen wie Zuhause gefühlt. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde eingegangen und dadurch hatten wir eine wirklich schöne Urlaubswoche verlebt!
Auch die Lage ist optimal, zu Fuß die Straße runter ist man in ca. 6-8. Minuten an der Steinmohle (kleiner Hafen) bzw. im Zentrum. So waren wir auch Spät am Abend zügig "Zuhause"...eine klare Empfehlung von uns für alle, die mit Kleinkindern/Kindern Urlaub planen.
